Hardee's

This place need to be closed down.. went thru the drive Thru and got my food at 720 am and was ask to pull to wait for my apple pie. At approximately 740am still didn't get it... I got out and they held up one finger.. like they was coming and never did.. Took my money.. call the store the manager held the phone and eventually hung up on me.. this is Great customer service.. I'm calling the corporate store. This is the worst of the worst..

Hardee's increasingly horrible service has now been eclipsed by exorbitant prices. The pork chop and gravy biscuit that used to be just over $4, still one of the pricer options, is now nearly $6. At that price they should have included a magnifying glass so I could find the elusive gravy. Hardee's, you've lost me as a customer until you quit offering $5 burgers at 2 for $6 and making up for the loss on you money maker, breakfast.

Horrible service. Manager was rude. Didn't give us the discount for our coupon. Told her we had a coupon when we ordered. Handed her the coupon at the window. Didn't get the discount and refused to refund the money. Very very rude and she was supposed to ne the manager! I really don't know why this location is still open. Drive thru service is very slow, rude workers, and its been this way for years! Corporate really needs to get in there and clean up! It's our closest location but we will never go there again. Too many bad experiences there.

I’ve been sitting here waiting now for 30 minutes for my food and I’m the first customer in the line and they have pulled up all three cars and no one has gotten their food while I look thru the window and sit workers sitting down and talking and the others in the back loud I will never go there again and this is our neighborhood Hardee’s restaurant. It’s a shame how people have to go to work and be late behind them and I’m unsatisfied with their services. They young lady says there is only one person working with her they need to close down now!!!!!! But the food was good
