I just picked up an order I placed here, and I have decided not to eat it. I opened the beef and broccoli and I saw the seasoning still sitting on it(it's supposed to be mixed with the other ingredients to make the sauce) I have never seen something like this before. This food was barely even touched. My standards were already low due to my past experiences with 3 star places so I knew and was well aware of the possibilities I was setting myself up for, but never did I think it would be this bad. I do not recommend coming here it's just not worth it. I'd rather eat tuna fish. One good thing I will say is the cashier was very nice and had a great attitude. Please see evidence attached. Please be advised this may scare away your appetite.

Customer Service: Excellent Timely Delivery: Excellent Price for fried rice and just carrots, $8 is a bit expensive. We only ordered that and Crab Puffs. The Crab Puffs are a great price but had no crab or green onions and they weren't salted. Very bland. I'm sure everything else there is excellent though.

Hostess was very nice, portions were large, so 2 stars. We ordered 3 different dishes to test it out: (1) curry was not coconut milk based, just oily dry chicken with curry powder, (2) mu shu pork was not mu shu flavored, just some sweetish teriyaki-like generic sauce, and (3) Mongolian beef was ok, but noodles? $43 for just those 3 dinners.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I was working out in the heat and I was craving some simple chicken and noodles or something for lunch. When we walked in the whole restaurant smelt like old eggs. I still gave them a chance because you should never judge a book by it’s cover. Worst mistake I’ve ever made btw. The cashier’s face showed zero emotion. The menu wasn’t even customizable like normal Chinese takeout. I settled with chicken and broccoli and my brother got shrimp with rice. The total was a whopping $18. I just agreed and crossed my fingers that we would at least get a good amount of DECENT food. After 10+ minutes of waiting, we finally got 2 tiny plates of what appeared to be dog food. Just to cut to the the chase, the food was horrible. For the first time in my life, I asked someone for a refund. The owner came out and started disrespecting me, my reason for the refund, and my little brother. As a business owner, I will admit that I understood his frustration. But you should NEVER speak to someone (let alone a customer) like he did. I still chose to be the bigger person and ask politely for at least $10 back (I figured the other $8 would pay for the labor) and he still denied that. After resisting the urge to harm someone, I left the establishment. I feel sorry for anyone that will order food from here before checking the reviews like I did. I feel sorry for that family I will come face to face with someone that doesn’t have the patience that I do.

I ordered through DoorDash this evening. Part of our order was 2 large soups. In the app when ordering soups there isn't any item listed for the crispy wontons that are popular for Chinese soups. There also isn't a modifier on the next screen where you choose the size. I assumed because I've never previously been charged for this item that it was treated as a condiment. So I asked my Dasher to make sure they included some for our 2 large soups. After my Dasher picked up our order he tells me that China Express wouldn't give him any because we didn't order them. Tell me how this makes sense for anyone in the situation?!? This was our first time ordering from here & it will be our last. $65 worth of Chinese food but the restaurant isn't willing to throw in some soup crispies? Hope it was worth it... Not hard to see why their ratings are so low on Google. I'll make sure to check ratings BEFORE trying a new place next time.

This place was yummy. Food was hot and fresh! I ordered for takeout and the food came in nice tight containers. I had the triple delight with fried rice and we ordered a bo ba platter and sweet and sour chicken and egg drop soup. Only thing I didn't like was the fried rice. Didn't taste good. But every thing else was perfect
