Let's start with the good... The food was exactly what I was craving. Finger lickin good. This place is going to be great for you for takeout or drive through. Now the bad, the inside is gross, the parking lot is in disrepair, the employees were rude and only some had gloves. It just looks to be a tired, neglected location. I would not recommend dining in at this one.

I had a terrible experience here. The staff was rude and unfamiliar with their own menu. I inquired about a menu item I saw online, was told I could order it, and then was told the item didn't exist after I inquired as to why my order was incorrect. While all of that was fine, the employee had a terrible attitude for no reason. I ended up canceling my order but was charged anyway. While I was able to dispute the charge with my bank, I shouldn't have had to. I get that good employees are scarce at this time but having experiences like this only drives customers away.

Disgusting .......seriously need corporate to get involved or shut this place down. Greasiest, burnt chicken I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Mashed potatoes had a grey, almost transparent look and tasted like aluminum, something I’ve never experienced. Called 11 times in two hours to complain and they refused to answer the phone. My stomach is now slightly upset do to the dark brown, greasy, mess that gave me. I would consider myself very forgiving to restaurants in general, but this is bad enough I’m contemplating calling the health department and BBB. CORPORATE PLEASE HELP. This is simply un American.

pretty sure the drive through guy is overcharging people and pocketing the money. he said "please pull forward" instead of telling me the total. and then mumbled the amount at the window. I just thought it was bad customer service, but now i think he's scamming people and pocketing the difference. i think he's printing a manipulated receipt for customers and charging a separate amount on CC. my receipt said $7.xx for tenders and then it said "$20 cash" as the amount tendered, and then $12.xx($20 minus 7.xx) in change. My credit card was charged $21.84. i'm not quite sure what he did, but tenders and a fry doesn't cost $21.84. unfortunately someone threw out my receipt, but you can check the transactions between 4pm and 5pm on 5.24.2022 for anything suspicious. You'll see a credit card charge with my name for $21.84, and then probably another receipt with "$20 cash" as the payment method within a few seconds of each other. I believe the name on the receipt was adrian.

Tried the plant based chicken nuggets and it was delicious. I was disappointed to see they were nuggets, i thought they'd be strips, but that's not KFC's fault. Ha. The fries we got in our combo were stale. I only got the fries b/c they're advertised bad "secret recipe" something or another... But they were terrible. It was only 8pm, i don't think the fries should be that bad, yet. I also asked the guy to give the drink to the car behind me And he definitely did not. Ha again, not his job, but don't say yes and not do it. My fault for not double checking she got it. Haha 4 stars b/c the fries were stale.
