The Valley Cellar Door

solid 4 stars for overall dinner and drinks. the service was friendly and quick 5 stars. the wines were beautiful. however the food menu was a slightly low on variety. There were pizzas, various small bites and cheese boards. no complaints with the quality of the food served. you’re surrounded by very tempting array of bottles of wine available by the bottle! perfect if you’re with a group and up for a couple bottles to share at very reasonable prices. there is a modest range of wines available by the glass. there is indoor and undercover ‘outdoor’ seating. the vibe is relaxed and casual. we’ll be back- for wine and food to graze on- not when we’re feeling like a heavier protein based savoury meal.

HUGE THANK YOU and call about how damn incredible Mark and the staff are at The Valley Cellardoor Moonee Ponds where we threw a surprise engagement function on the wend! Fanoula, our primary contact for the night, was so attentive, caring, hospitality and just on the ball for our group the whole function! We were so grateful and felt the night flowed so incredibly well due to their support. So once again big thanks to Mark and the whole Cellardoor crew, we couldn’t speak higher of our time and experience at your venue!

Delicious wine. Good atmosphere and great staff. I only stopped with a friend for a quick wine. The platter I saw go out with cheese n meat etc looked bloody amazing. The recommended Shiraz was a treat. A local wine that was light and easy to drink so I bought 3 bottles lol. Thanks to the person who handed my bag and phone in and the staff who saved it for me. Great experience
