Taco Bell

Absolute worst TB experience I've had in almost 40 years of eating at a Taco Bell. Pictures below, that taco was a Taco Supreme with no tomatoes but look how it was handed to me, poorly wrapped. Nachos Bellgrande, sloppy made and with no tomatoes. Not a huge deal, service was terrible. Worker had his ear buds in so probably couldn't care less, after three times I tried to get his attention, he stopped and I asked if someone was taking orders he replied... Not Me. What a genius.

Not sure who was the cook for 3/15/22 but this has got to be the absolute worst service I have ever gotten from taco Bell. Not sure if I'll be going back through the drive thru at night, it's evident the employees don't want to be there. Another update: This specific store needs to be torn down and a new owner needs to open a new location, getting rid of all the dull motivated and incompetent staff with it. I get my meal messed up more here than anywhere else and it drives me nuts. Why do you people think you deserve more than minimum wage? News flash: if you're one way with less money, you're not going magically become another way with more money.

#1 if the "crew" is paid more than federal minimum wage that's a waste of money! #2 So slow, cars in drive were leaving left and right. #3 Out of items that shouldn't be out of during a shift due to "fryers being down for cleaning". #4 no organization, 3 different people handled my order at window ended up with 48 leftover sauce packets after we ate our 2 meals.

My favorite fast food growing up on the west coast was taco bell. Mountain home Arkansas must be on a different play book. I'm being gracious with 3 stars. Tried them 4 times over the past 2 years, lacks quality in preparation and taste.sorry taco bell I wanted to love you forever....but mountain home taco bell has sent me packing. 🥲

It’s the only Taco Bell around. That’s about all I can say nice about them. I hate coming here, and I always say I won’t be back, but my kids like Taco Bell. 100% of the time, they get my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. It wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have ti wait 30 minutes in drive through each time, then waste another 30 minutes to go back and ask them to try to get it right. I’d rather stick my wiener in a meat grinder than come back here again

I never make reviews or anything like this, but I stg 95% of the time when I go to pick up family dinner at Taco Bell the order is wrong. Either they don’t make the items correctly or they give us the wrong product. I know it’s fast food, and coming from someone who works fast food, I understand what it’s like to be stressed, underpaid, possibly understaffed, etc. but the owners should seriously take responsibility and help this store. I really love the food but I’m tired of wasting my time and money.

It's a shame this is only Taco Bell around because I think it stinks. Ordered 6 crunchy tacos and the each taco was half inch thick. There was nothing in them, or so little was an insult. I know restaurant business is hard work but take a bit more pride in what you put out there for sale. Update 8/7/20 just gave them another shot and just as horrible as was before. At this point I'd have to imagine management could care less and would have to say owners could care less...worst Taco BellI've ever eaten at. Keep up the bad work! Update...1/25/22 tried them again ordered chalupas add nacho cheese and had my doubts they'd get it right but was holding out optimism, maybe they could make a correct order? Got back to work, guess what, no nacho cheese, I know it's a tough concept adding cheese to a taco but hey, maybe it's me. They charged me extra for the cheese, so I'm getting my money's worth letting you all know they WILL screw up your order. Check it before you leave the drive thru window.

Most definitely the best taco bell I've ever tried. I've tried many, but this place somehow keeps excessive grease from going in the food. My tacos don't drip like I've had before. I've got takeout thru the drive thru many times here, good amount of meat and the produce is fresh, plenty of it as well. Haven't had a rude or irritated employee, always polite and smiling. That's hard to find. This is one of my fav go-to in mountain home. *Edit. Not sure why so many negative reviews. Fast food places here are having a tough time finding employees so u should expect a bit of a wait. I come here every couple weeks and there's only one time it took a while to get thru the drive thru, which I always use. That was around during peak hours after school. Never got my order wrong. It's on the board as u order so double check that they heard u correctly. Check before u leave. 90 percent of the time they sound friendly thru the speaker, polite at the window. No, I don't know any of them. The amount of the meat in the tacos are consistent and evenly spread. I think ppl are being overly critical.
