Una Mas

I keep coming back thinking it will be better but I'm dreaming. I usually get una mas from de anza college cafeteria and it's much better at that location(or any other una mas). I love ordering the fog head burrito but this place blows. Their burrito feels like it consists of 60% rice 35% beans and 5%meat and other stuff. Every bite feels dry as if I ordered a bean n rice burrito . This has been a consistent problem here . Today the cashier took about 20 second on their cell phone until they acknowledged that I was in front of them. Their interior and tables needs major upgrade as you can easily flip the table over if you lean on one side of the table. Come here if you want to waste time and money!!!

This place has been here a long time. I hadn't been here in years. My mom recommend that we go. I used to come all the time. They had a burrito called the BBQ Chicken Burrito. I loved it. My Mom loves it too but they changed the name to the Fog Head burrito. I had a bite of my mom's burrito and the BBQ sauce still tastes the same. It is so yummy. I prefer to get the burrito without the salsa so you can really just taste the BBQ sauce though. The salsa added to it can overpower the BBQ sauce. I got the Una Mas Burrito made as a bowl. It was delicious and was plentiful for the price. The place was clean but a little run down but to be expected because the place is so old. The staff was very professional and friendly.

More like 3.5 stars... the place is dirty and the interior is beat. They serve Pepsi so no bueno, but the burrito was prety solid, I enjoyed it. The staff was sort of rude and the manager walked talking S about everything and everyone, and thinks as long as he avoids outright cuss words no one understands Spanish/Mexican Dialect... any way to close positive the burrito was good... get it to go or order Door Dash...

I visit this place often and like to order the Crispy Taco Salad but since I stay clear from cheese and the taco shell. Today, around 11:15am, I decided to just order a side salad without cheese, guacamole, and beans. When I got my receipt, it showed side of spanish rice and not beans the younger female cashier assured me that she meant to put beans and it is not a problem since they are of the same price. I was very clear that I don't want any meat or dairy in my order. When I got my order, I saw cheese on the side salad. I told them that I didn't want cheese, the other more mature female staff behind the counter told me that next time to let them know that I didn't want cheese in a slightly aggressive tone but that is the issue, I did notify the cashier who took my order that I didn't want any meat, cheese, dairy in my order earlier. I decided to ignore the unnecessary tone of the other staff and just waited for my new side salad. They even made a joke that it still has cheese but at the end assured me that the other staff were just joking (Well, not funny! 😡). My order was a "to-go", when I started to mix my side salad with the guacamole, I discovered a "DIME" coin (I took a picture). It is so disgusting and totally ruined my whole meal!!! A coin has been passed around so many times (definitely not sanitary) and to see it in my food is beyond disrespectful, they should be cited and inspected again for "health and safety food preparation"! I hope the management takes action on this matter since it is not only a customer service issue but a HEALTH AND SAFETY on FOOD PREPARATION issue as well! I will definitely warn people to go somewhere else until this location has made the commitment to enforce safe food prep and better customer service!

We ordered the cheese quesadilla and the margherita salad with chicken. The chicken on the salad was ok but the salad didn't seem too appetizing. The cheese quesadilla wasn't good and there was something crunchy in it, almost like sand. Didn't finish it. The chips didn't really have any salt or flavor.

This place shoyld have 0 Stars. Walked in hoping to get a mexican dish that was Yumm. However, the food was bland and clearly not fresh. We ordered chicken fries and chips and guacamole. The chips were ild and tasted weird and the fries were flavorless. We through all yhe food in the garbage and left. Then as we sat to eat at another establishment the COOK comes out of the restaurant with his apron on and works on his car. Pouring closy water which was retrevied from the inside of the restaurant. Disgusted....

I rarely complain about service and usually tip normally even when service isn't very good because I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But this was the WORST service I have had in my life, and I'm not young. The cashier made a mistake on my burrito order, I returned it and she apologized and I reordered. The second burrito came back with a DIFFERENT mistake. I decided not to order a third time and asked for a refund calmly and respectfully. The cashier apparently was on break, and cook came up and INSISTED I had ordered it this way. He had not completely heard the conversation I had with the cashier. When I tried to explain it he kept looking down and shaking his head at me and refused to give me a refund. I asked for the manager, he said the manager was not there and REFUSED to give me the number. Another employee who was there came up and asked what the problem was, when I explained it she immediately tried to get me a refund, all the while he kept insisting i ordered it that way and kept shaking his head dismissively at me. She ended up calling someone to find out how to refund me which she eventually did. I decided not to demand the manager/owner phone # because I don't want him to potentially lose his job over this. But this was hands-down the WORST customer service I have ever had and needless to say would warn anyone about going there again. Thus app doesn't allow zero or negative stars.
