Cafe Mangii

A small place with a big Heart. The food they serve is just fantastic. Ambiance and service is good. Known for its Wood fire pizza - Lived up to the reputation. The Star dish of the day. Desserts are mind blowing as well ( maybe little sweet ) but overall presentation was fantastic. Started with Minestrone soup - nice texture. Lovely taste. Authentic taste. Salad - Cranberry apple , nicely balanced. Fresh leaves and dressing was balanced. Baked Cottage cheese - don't associate Paneer/Cottage cheese with Italian but the marination of pesto and olive oil and mint made a difference. Cheddar Jalapeno poppers - a must have. Margarita pizza- this was Nailed.. chunks of Bocconcini and some arugula .. Lovely crust. Spinach and ricotta ravioli - tasted good. Could have been better. Saffron al Fungi - their signature. Rice a bit overdone. Not exactly a miss but just okay .. Desserts - Tiramisu and Apple Crumble - both lovely presentation .. Overall - a great Italian place to visit. Do try out. They are also having a sizzler festival going on. Make the most of it cheers.

Lovely italian food Feb 25 dinner: We have been here multiple times and like the ambience and the food. The interiors are quite warm with yellow lights. The red wine sangrias were good with good quantity. The gorged mushrooms were lovely - a mixture of cream cheese and bbq sauce. Fusilli Mamarosa was a pink sauce pasta - perfect for the kid. Finally, the Grille Cottage Cheese Steak was yumm. The service was warm and quite attentive.

Ambience 5/5 The minute you enter any cafe you first notice the ambience. The ambience is cozy. Suitable for a date night or a quiet dinner with friends and family. Their collection of jazz version of popular English songs is amazing. We visited this cafe twice with friends on a Saturday evening. It was a overall great experience. Staff and Service 4/5 Staff was friendly and helpful. They served us with a smile. Would be happy to go there again. Food and pricing 4.5/5 We ordered vegetarian. Starters was gorged mushrooms. It was amazing and tasted heavenly. It is a must try here. For main course we ordered verdure pizza and jalapeño and sun dried fondue. Pizza was great. Fondue was average. For desert we had mocha fudge cake, it was yummy. The menu is a bit pricier but it's worth what you have.
