Staying overnight Jan 3-4, single person. Used landslide hotel. It was very easy to find. Inside the terminal it makes it so easy to navigate and sabes a lot time. The staff is the most helpful, attentive, and caring. Truly bow down to them. Spa helped to take stress away. Again, the staff is the most caring. Dinning is fine. Was surprised not get Indian bread so. I had a premium room and the size was ok giving enough space for simple yoga practices. Pls keep in mind that not all rooms have a safelocker. But a truly nice touch to have fresh flowers in a room helps to uplift the absence of windows. Air-conditioner/heater is inside the room and working. Sippers, soap, tooth brash and paste, towels with soap and body wash are provided, but no bathrobe. Was reading a lot of reviews with complaints for noise. In my experience, it was just fine, no difference from any other hotel. I would even say it was quite. Overall it is a very good solution to fill a gap between connection flights. Highly recommend.

First mention has to go to MEGHA as she provided a personalised knowledgeable service which went above & beyond. I bumped into her outside the hotel & even then she made sure i was ok then when i actually did need assistance she went above & beyond & provided exceptional service. She demonstrated exemplary customer service in a friendly professional manner for which i was very grateful for. It was abundantly clear her personality suits the job role & she is definitely an asset to the hotel. I never got to show her my appreciation so if any hotel staff are reading this review please pass on my thanks + above comments - I travelled early on Wednesday 27th December. I found the rest of the hotel staff where all friendly welcoming & provided excellent customer service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble which was great. The hotel itself was clean with nice practical solutions especially for guests staying in particular for it's convenience in catching a flight. This was the purpose of my stay so i did not get the opportunity to try the food etc. In the room itself the shower design, the ports on the table & the international plugs all provided nice convenient practical solutions. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

We landed at the domestic terminal (terminal 1) and had to take a bus transfer to terminal 2 (this took about 35 mins, fyi, they are not near each other physically) as we had an international flight after a domestic one, but an 8 hour overnight layover in between. When we arrived at terminal 2 it was not clear where the arrivals level actually was and we had multiple people give us incorrect instructions on how to locate this hotel. We finally got assistance after about an hour of being sent back and forth/up and down so hopefully this review helps… If you land at terminal 1 and have to take the bus to terminal 2, you will need to stay outside of the terminal and take the lift down to the arrivals level. From there, ask someone to show you *exactly* where the hotel is because the signage is not clear (ask them to walk you there). If you don’t do this and you go inside, like we did, to access the arrivals level, you will need to be physically escorted down to the arrivals level by a member of their staff because you cannot access this hotel from inside the terminal (wild, I know). Luckily, it was Nityanand to the rescue tonight. He came and found us at the information booth on the departures level and escorted us down through a security check point on level three and then down two separate lifts to access this hotel. He ensured we got checked in, double checked our delayed flight time and even escorted us to our room. He was truly a lifesaver and we absolutely would have been lost without him. He was a shining example of great customer service! Would stay here again solely because of him and his efforts. Hotel is decent enough, wifi didn’t work/neither did tv and there are no windows, but it’s really all about the location which can’t be beat if you’re headed out on an early morning flight or have a weirdly timed layover.

Got a good dinner and nice few hours sleep before my overnight flight! Looks nice and I love the aquarium too. The only downside is this is the first hotel I have stayed in with no windows which felt a bit claustrophobic but otherwise it was fine and comfortable. Also signage boards for this is after exit. I wish there was some signage inside as well.

Nice to stay right on airport. Saves Few Hours. Rooms are good and well equipped . Breakfast is also available from 6.30. Only issue I felt was with noise and Disturbance mainly as the rooms are not sound proof. And also there is a problem with Water pipeline or some flush taps which create huge noise. This should be rectified asap.

I stayed on the arrival side of this transit hotel which is conveniently located at couple of minutes of walking distance after the baggage belts. Room was clean and cozy, room service was great and food was amazing. Room came with a complimentary 15 minute foot massage which was very relaxing and a must after a long flight.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable place to stay after a hectic schedule. The reception and the services are top notch. Highly recommended for business meets and family get-together. The food is also very child friendly and can be accommodated for toddlers too. On the whole a wonderful experience at this place namaste a must try.

Excellent. However, I was not allowed to stay as I was not having flight ticket. I went to drop my spouse for Emirates flight and she was having valid flight ticket. Hotel staff was good to accommodate my spouse and not me. So we both didn't stay there. So I can't offer any review for rooms. But their approach and service while checking in process was very friendly and humble. Location is excellent. My request to hotel is that they should ask for flight ticket details at the time of advance booking itself. So such situation doesn't happen for advance booked guests at odd hours of midnight.

This review is quite late (over a year), but its a great hotel inside the airport. The check in process was smooth, and the rooms were clean with all amenities needed. They are on the smaller side, but that just what you need so a short lay over stay. Couldn't enjoy the breakfast as we were in a rush to catch our next flight. Their staff was extremely helpful. A guy name Ratnesh really helped me and my 1.5 year old through the first security check point with all the luggage to catch my flight on time. Great experience overall.
