I went to the McDonald's Hub Mall by the way they have DRIVE IN facility as well. It was a little busy, however, this was an extremely smooth-running shift. Everyone was in place and did their job accordingly. My order and my food was very fresh. While I was waiting for my food, I had the opportunity to watch everything and everyone. I would like to recognize the manager **, ** and the rest of her team. Her back line (cook area) was very structured and kept the food fresh and coming through so there wasn't a long wait time.
** (back line) was very calm, cool and collective and didn't break under pressure. I'm not sure if he is in a leadership position but it would benefit if he was, so he could demonstrate to other employees what it takes to keep the ball rolling in a very fast pace area in Mcdonald's. I have visited several Mcdonald's and was once a manager myself in a different location, and this, by far, was a VERY good experience. Even though it was a rush time everyone had a positive and pleasant attitude. I was Very impressed!!!

The staff name SHRADDHA she is so good at her work she helps us every time choose the best meal for us and helping us to choose the combo offers also while talking order good experience in MacDonald.

It's great McDonalds in Hub Mall,the food is served at your table,and the crowd is mostly from corporate offices besides,so crowd is good there, size of McDonald's is also big in size So go visit there

The ambience was peaceful. Staffs were kind and generous. They provided best service for us and shared some recommendations on order with us. Over all had a great experience.

Good Outlet in hub mall near Western express highway…ambience is good ..they open till midnight 1 am…they have good seating arrangements inside outlet…also they have slef order machine ..u can place order ,pay & take order from counter….
i visited on Sunday that day they only accept cash payment…. that time they don’t have any card or online payment…
Only the Best part is they open till 1 am midnight…

Satisfied with their services.....staff is co operative and also polite.....I got my order within 10 minutes.....and if rush is there obviously it can be delayed....but overall experience was excellent.....u no need to wait for ur order on counters.....
