If you like south indian food, then you must visit this place. Located right next to Mulund west railway station. Have been visiting this place for last 20 years and nothing has changed. Ambience, service and most importantly taste! Medu vada sambar, idli sambar are highly recommended, amongst others. Place holds lot of happy memories for seasoned visitors!

Must Have : Rava Masala Dosa and Batata Vada I just love the Rava Masala they serve; it is the best amongst all the authentic South Indian joints in Mulund and can compete with ones serving in Matunga as well. The white coconut chutney is out of the world experience; fresh with loads of fresh grated coconut and minimal spices. Sambhar is awesome as well. Post lockdown they run only one shift from 8 am to 7 pm which is the only down side about this authentic pocket friendly joint just outside Mulund West Railway Station. Sambhar here is grainy and not very spicy, personally I find it very different from the typical sambhar which is served at all other places. This place is always very busy. The interior is minimalist.

Best South Indian restaurant in Mumbai:) I have been eating here since ages and love their food. It's exactly outside train station in Mulund West. They have a common sitting area downstairs and air conditioned sitting on upper floor. Medu wada sambar is my favorite here and dahi wada is very addictive.

Just stepped out of this iconic Restaurant and was shocked to know that they don't accept any card or Google pay after all these years in such a business. I mean what if the bill is beyond your wallet? So yes only con here. When it comes to the food just one word, Amazing 😍. Since my childhood I have been the lover of it's South Indian cuisine. Just outside Mulund station, perfect for quick bite and tea!

Awesome place for dine and snacks... it's located exactly opposite mulund railway station... there coffee is one of the best... menu here doesn't has much fancy options... only limited items are listed...service is good..The quality and quantity of the food is perfect... No Debit card or credit card is accepted in Non AC dine area... And menu here is inexpensive...
