Very Oldest Mall🏢in Malad but got converted into Offices, Good place.. But if you are thinking this place is like a Mall🏨or it is supposed to be a shopping complex I would say No.🚏Mostly here places and🛂Shops here are occupied by private offices, gym prominent and banquet.🖨️Nice place for cheap rental of Offices, good place for office going people.🚧There is a security check to enter this Mall, it also has a Banquet🏨hall for functions.🚖Parking facilities too with pay & park.🚦Biggest advantage of this Mall is, its location on🚏Link Road of Chincholi Bunder.

It's not a very well maintained place.
The place is not at all inviting of sorts.
It's more of offices not like ur typical mall definitely. Well the two stars here is definitely for the banquet.

Half of the shop are closed in the mall however the banquet & Gym in the mall make it quite happening....

The property is a mix of multiple shops.
Most of the occupants are small shops and a big gym called El Gymnasio.
The gym is currently under renovation and is expected to begin in another month.
The property has electronic parking spots and a decent amount of space to park your own vehicle.
There is also a banquet hall which can be used for special functions.

Evershine mall is a very old mall in Malad Chincholi Bunder area. It has many restaurants and Offices in this building. There is a marriage and party hall too in this mall. Outside the mall there are many budget friendly restaurants as the location has many call centers near by.
