Mojo's Bistro

I would like to start by saying that this was my first visit to Kamala Mills and result was simply astonishing. I never knew Mumbai had such a part inside it where all you get is good vibes from the restaurants and people belonging in such area. Each one of the outlet is competing fiercely and the surprising part is all are doing well due to their unique and vibrant concepts. Out of them, I visited Mojo's Bistro for the celebration of friend's birthday. It's located very much inside the compound where you are welcomed by some international staff. It has a separate area for a quiet dining and an open roof top for clubbing. In the clubbing area, the crowd is always on their toes, be it because of the big live sports screening, bartenders showcasing their amazing performances or be it dancing on the beats of the DJ. Dining with your favourites here will never be a boring experience around here. My last words would be that you should stop looking for other place for partying and just visit this place without an ounce of doubt. Enjoy! :)

One of those places that gets you going on the Bollywood music! Good Music - ✅ Good Food - ✅ Crazy Crowd - ✅ ✅ Edit: Everything good does not guarantee a safe night. Tragic what happened and praying for the lost lives. Some basic safety measures may have made sure this place was still working and blooming like every other weekend.

Excellent party place. Food is awesome and so is service. Staff is friendly. This place is one of the best for large groups. They have excellent booths to accommodate easily 15 to 20 people. I tried Veg food only but all of starters and main course were excellent. DJ plays Bollywood after 10 PM and is really good.

Situated in prime location of Mumbai having various pubs and lounges in precinct with its own specialization. Sheesha, Candles, DJ, Roof top, beautiful arrangement of seating and bar counter makes it an amazing place to spend an evening with your beloved ones. Don't forget to reserve in advance as the place fills in quickly with darkness in sky.

F A N T A S T I C - would love to sum up in just one word. Amazing rooftop. Electrifying ambiance , packed house , great music , excellent staff ... what else does one want ? Oh amazing cocktails ( Mr.Dhaval Pillay n the bar manager Mr. Arpan) and fantastic food ( Thanks chef Vishal Chandnani ) Overall the team rocks. Started with a couple of cocktails - one was a Whiskey based and the other Beer+Vodka (Mojo Jojo ) i guess. Coming to the staterts : Pickled watermelon and goat cheese salad - nice balance of Watermelon/goat cheese/cider vinegar+chillies+rock salt marinated/Rocket leaves - served in martini glass. Freshness and Punch all the way. Loved and a must order. Tuna Tartare - some under sushi/dimsums/Bao section - i did not try. My partner said it could have been better. I am commenting on what i had. Dim Sums - Veg and chicken - Both done well. Thin layer and stuffing was nice. Veg was amazing , loved the taste of the herbs. The dip given with the sushi is fantastic ( spicy ) do ask for it. Chicken i heard was good as well. Cannelloni Frito - something different. Stuffing of spinach and sundried tomatoes. Served with salad. Here the chef has fried the pasta roll and added the stuffing. Nice innovative way of serving. Assorted Crostinis - This is a good platter. One gets to sample 4/5 types. Loved the Punch of Blue Cheese. A normal tomato and Mozzarella with olive oil was fresh and lovely. Had the aroma and herbs. Green Olive and Black Olive paste Crostini were different. Had a good texture and also the Sundried tomato paste crostinis were nice in taste. One can easily polish the entire dish over a beer. Malai Kebab - This was Non vegetarian and very close to the chef's heart. Delhi Style. tandoored to perfection. Rich and tasted good. Had nice balances of spices and herbs. Go for this dish. White Miso Chicken Tikka - tandoored well. Juicy soft tender chunks of chicken marinated with spices ( Miso/Green chilies and cracked pepper ) Innovative with a punch. Presentation was lovely. Served with Homemade salad. Kebab - Tried the Mutton Galauti and the Mushroom galauti - Loved the vegetarian. Lovely texture. Melt in the mouth. Aromatic and nice spice balance. Even i was told the Mutton galauti was made well. Kheema Flatbread - Signature dish of this place. Wow. portion was amazing. crust was good. Crispy. Kheema spiced with Indian herbs and spices. Topped with Cheese baked and garnish of arugula. This is what i call a portion. Meal by itself. Nice sheen to the dish as well. Reduced Pav Bhaji with Garlic Bread - Loved the punch and the style of presentation. Mashed bhaji served on french bread.Topped with Cheese Pickled onions to give the punch and micro greens as the garnish. This was spicy but not overpowering. Try this dish. Chef had sampled a dish and he still needs to name it. It's a Tikki. Potato/Mawa/Raisins/Chat/coriander/Green peas. Loved the texture. fried to perfection. Golden brown. Personally feel this can be called the star dish of the day. Had the Punch/Balance/sweetness. This is what we require. Mains - it was lasagne ( vegetarian ) presentation - masterclass. It's all about getting the correct balance and texture of soy granules / vegetables / Tomato. Pasta layers with parmesan/mozzarella/oregano topped with microgreens. No Cream used but tasted fantastic. pomodoro sauce was just perfect. Balanced the entire dish. Do order. Again a lovely portion. Tried one one their desserts - can't remember the name. Cherry and cream based. Had that sweet/tangy taste to it. I feel a bit of less sweetness and this dish would have been nailed. Overall - Speechless Go for It.

This place is good for visit with friend or date. This place has very romantic ambience. They have candle light dinner facility. This is open roof top place with superb sound effect. They have super quality DJs. My experience with place is amazing. We had pizza and lasagna which tastes very delicious. They have many imported drinks. Service is very good and they even don't charge anything extra for that. This place is little bit expensive but worth going.
