Fusion Wine N Dine

I didn't enjoyed the food that much, but I have to say they really care for their customer. I visited this hotel, had my dinner and was about to leave but suddenly I started feeling dizzy and ordered a lime water. I rested for some more time and asked for bill. There I found that Hotel didn't include that lime water in my bill...

Went for a family dinner here last night post its renovated avatar. The place has trimmed down its earlier menu quite a bit restricting it to an only Chinese cuisine, as opposed to its earlier Indian cuisine as well (loved their country special prawns gravy by the way) . The new menu is compact, and to the point. Specifically for family meals. We started off with the customary soups - sweet corn and lemon coriander soups. Qnty was apt for 1/2 and the taste was allright as well.. The lemon coriander consistency was jst right. For main course, we had ordered the chicken pot rice on the waiters reco. And hakka noodles to go with the diced veggies in Hunan sauce. Fish in chillo garlic sauce gravy followed. All the gravy dishes were quite nicely cooked with just the right kind of spice as instructed. The chicken pot rice specifically as recommended was quite tastefully done, mixed with appropriate mix of veggies and soft chicken. Ambience is nothing extra ordinary but not that ordinary as well for a quite family dinner. Helps that the place is walkable from home :-)
