The employees in this branch have gone beyond and above to help my mother. She recently got a call from a scamster who tried to debut money from her account however the banks system immediately blocked her account. She got scared and visited this branch at 6.30 pm. The bank closes at 3 however the employees allowed her in and helped her to check if the money was debited from her account. She is a senior citizen who doesn’t understand the modern day banking systems. However the employees in this branch gave her full support and assisted her even after the their office hours. Excellent serviceand care given considering the fact that she is old. Post which the koperkhairne branch also helped her the next day both these branches the koperkhairne and this vashi branch staff have always been helpfull towards the senior citzen. Keep it up guys and thank you.
