Poor reception, staff's go to solution was to ask the manager about every single detail even when we asked about where the toilets were we were told to ask the manager. On the other hand when you expect the manager to be half decent, he was completely out of his line and told us to help yourselves out and do not disturb him or the staff. Treating bunch of grown up adults as a bunch of kids. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable, they dont even deserve single star rating, I wish there was a zero star rating, so I could give one!

The hotel simple has no merits except for some 5/10 service. Reasons Rooms old dated Ac is broken in all rooms Bathrooms are not hygienic Space is very small The food is not that exceptional as given in the reviews, simply does not meet the standards of Mumbai. The floor of room is very sticky as if glue was spread all over this was the condition in 3 rooms. The food highly overpriced for the quality. The rooms need serious renovation.

I went there for the survey regarding the hotel's hygiene and other stuff, The Staff is not at all helpful, they constantly barge or rather force you to talk with their Manager, the manager on the other hand is so absurd, he literally disrespects you while talking, he does not want to disclose anything about the hotel, it clearly means they are hiding something, I mean come on show some courtesy to talk to your guests & you expect other guests to come to your hotel for such behaviour?! We were from the UCO survey department, my friend suggested me to rate, Thanks people, I hope this is helpful enough about how these guys will treat you!
