This branch is the most pathatic branch I have ever visited in my life. I had requested to reinstate my mothers account. I took her to the branch as per their request. Signed everything in front of them, got the documents verified. The estimated time was a week. After two weeks I got the answer it's done and you can access it after two days. It's been two months now, forget about access, the authorized person says the request is not initiated and I have to do the whole exersice again, right from putting a request to activate the account.

On one of the machines, the screen is awfully poor, non-responsive, and the system is super slow. It causes your transaction to time out and we all know there's a charge after a few ATM transactions a month. A pathetic ploy by ICICI to charge people to access their own money. Half the time both ATMs here are out of cash and when they do have cash it's only the 500 rupee notes.

I submitted the application and documents for reactivation of my dormant account in this branch.. Now i am calling for follow-up as i was told that i can call them to check instead of revisiting the bank and also it has not been activated even after 10 days...but no one picks up the phone..relationship manager gave me her mobile no. to call but she also doesn't pick up or call back...just wanted to know if there are any issues because of which the account is still dormant...pathetic experience in this branch..

Please ignore this bank for loan purpose better contact some other banks, their is huge gap between customer and bank communications. Personally I had applied home loan from kandivali scn branch from last 2month they never tried to contact me, so every time I'm contacting them for update and what I hear is fake commitments, I don't want to disclose the names but worst service ever received from private bank like this.

Staff is very good and courteous. Issues, queries or any kind of services are resolved asap. I was a happy customer. However, today i heard a new branch manager (Name unknown) appointed for this branch. Trying to enforce policy which ppl are not aware of and asking to login to imobile app without even showing the id card. I am not sure why the branch manager is forcing ppl or trying to change everything in one day. He messed it up with my imobile app inorder to prove something without even hearing me out.
