Nacho's Mexican Restaurant

The last couple of times I have been the customer service has been completely non-existent. I was seated fairly quickly and drinks were taken. 5 minutes go by and my drinks finally arrive. The server walks off after setting down the drinks. a few minutes later another person drops chips and salsa down at our table. I waited 10more minutes or so until the manager notices us looking around and takes our order. It's a Thursday night at 8pm so the restaurant isn't very busy. 20 minutes go by and I still haven't seen our waiter. A runner/busser brings our food out finally and it's pretty obvious that it had been sitting under the warmer for awhile. The food was still good, but it could have been better if it was brought out sooner. We finish up and I finally see our waiter and I don't think he even remembers having our table. The manager motions to him to check on us but we the meals was over. we walked up to pay and left. Today I decided to give it a try again. Again we were seated promptly and drinks were brought out immediately. Our waiter again disappears. I find him 5 minutes later sitting in the back table talking with the other tables. I try to motion him to place our order, but with no success. At this point we had finished our drinks and had been in the restaurant for 18 minutes without even having food ordered. I decided that the rest of the meal would be just as bad as this is, so we walked out. It's a shame really. Nachos has a great menu with huge portions. It's some of the best in town so far but, I can't dedicate an hour or more for what should be a quick lunch.

Well 2 stars just because the place is nice and the chairs conffy, but the server who take care of us needs to take manners classes, since we checking the book they have for menu he get kind of mad because we ask for more time to chose our food, when finally we order. Make long short, the carne a la tampiqueña wasn't other then a piece of steak burned charcoal on both sides, with 1 sad enchilada, my chihuahua burrito was ok nice size but 1 tablespoon of green salsa wasn't enough, i request a guacamole it was good but the server literally just pass by and throws in to my table the side of guacamole Enough to say one of the worst experience on service i had with the server and with the service he provides

The food was great the chorizo cheese is amazing, but the customer service was not so great. I was there Saturday 15 2022 around 5:00pm The waiter was super friendly and attentive but his face and attitude changed. The waiter and the manager, when I told him that I found several pieces of glass in my orchata water. I guess it chipped and broke off while they were preparing my drink, and the scary part is that I swollen some pieces and I dint notice till I took bites thinking it was a piece of ice. On top of all of it I noticed that none of the employees including the manager were not wearing facemask. There was a huge amount of people with no face mask, 3 days later I star feeling sick.. I tested COVID-19 positive. I did not receive a discount for my drink but I did contract the virus there, and Im 100% sure I got it there.

The food was delicious! I know it's always very busy there and I have been waitressing for several years, but I really think the staff could use a meeting, that it would benefit the female waitresses, to try and smile with eye contact while listening to our order and then checking in on us; we needed to make a to go order, but she didn't look up with any eye contact so, we couldn't get her attention, although we had told her that at the beginning of our orders that there would be a to go order, we also had to wait a long time for our check......and one more more thing, my husband ordered one bottle of Bud light, but got a tall DRAFT beer of whatever. The food came in a good timely manner and was excellente!
