just want to personally shout out the three ladies who helped me on 5/29/22 in the morning time. i had went in wanting a personalized cake not realizing that you would need a 24-48 turn around time for them to customize it. i needed a birthday cake for my bf (lack of planning on my part & just forgot) & the older woman said she would take care of it and make a new customized cake for me. i came back 30 minutes later and it was already boxed up and ready for me. when i say their customer service is AMAZING, i mean it! the cake was delicious and the experience i had was grand. thank you ladies, i will definitely be back soon!!!

I went here a month ago, and let me just say this… FIRE THOSE KIDS WHO DONT DO THEIR JOB!!! the teenage girls were too busy playing around and gossiping and had the drive thru line backed up, got orders wrong and had an attitude with me because I corrected her of what I ordered. I always snapped. They need to hire mature adults in there. My ice cream cone was messed up too. ZERO stars.

Service has declined. Will not honor smart card coupons Even though their location is plastered on it. They refuse military discount even though they have always offered it. They can't hear order so they have you come to window where you still have to repeat yourself multiple times, just to get a stale waffle cone. Guess I'll try another location next time

My little family was missing our favorite fro-yo and thought we’d give this chain a try... I haven’t been to this location in many years. This location had a clean interior. Pleasant and attentive staff. I was genuinely surprised with our experience on a dreary Saturday night. It was relatively busy given the hour and location. We look forward to future visits when we’re in the area. Cotton candy flavor all the way!
