Whitt's Barbecue

When we drove up a lady was standing inside talking to whoever was taking care of the drive through. We drove around back and 4 vehicles were ahead of us. We stayed there for 15 minutes, 2 cars drove off, so I called to make sure they were open. The girl that answered was laughing and cutting up with whoever was standing in the lobby. She said they were real busy but it's funny because no vehicles were getting taking care of. It's pretty sad that when ur hungry for a certain food you can't get waited on because some young folks are not responsible enough to take care of the customers. We then drove off to another barbeque place.

I love Whitt’s all the food is so yummy ! The potatoes are the best!! All the ladies that work there are nice , Kasey is always so greeting and Page (the boss lady) is always so friendly as well . The guy Austin I think his name is also nice !! They all work as a team at getting your food out fresh and fast!! I’ve never had a bad experience there !! Highly recommend Whitt’s BBQ

I love Whitt’s BBQ but today I called a big order in for the whole office and the representative on the phone was soo rude. Customer service was a joke I got nothing but snide comments, trying to rush my order, and she just sounded like she didn’t care about her job or the company. I will continue going to the Shelbyville location were they know what customer service is.

Possibly the worst barbecue i have ever gotten from a Whitts. I grew up eating here and when i went in to get a pulled pork sandwich and banana pudding I was greatly disappointed! The sandwiches were cold the pork was dry.. the pudding tasted instand and like it was a few days old... It had a terrible after taste. I will never eat here ever again.
