Smoothie King

Smoothie was good but the staff needs to be educated on service animals. Went in today with my service dog and they told me and my boyfriend that my service dog wasn't allowed even though I had proper identification for her. She has not received her vest yet but I do have her identification cards. So my boyfriend had to take my dog to the truck and wait on me to get done. What they did today was totally against American Disability Act. May want to talk to them about this asap.

Very disappointed in this smoothie king. We have slowly watched over the last year as service has gone downhill. Employees are hit or miss on friendliness, and smoothies have turned into just ice with a few ingredients mixed in. When asking for less ice they tell you that you will get less smoothie "as advised by management". The smoothies contain so much ice that they are beating the blender for over 30 seconds to get everything out on a smoothie that still comes up short. I understand cost savings, and being as efficient as possible with resources but surely I am not the only customer that has noticed this over the last year, and with as little waste as they may have had from making smoothies smoother isn't the point of a smoothie to be smooth not frozen?

I went to this Smoothie King on 6/19 around 1100 and I have never seen that many people there before at once. I was certainly hectic. I wanted to use this platform to brag on Savanah. She did an excellent job trying to control all that chaos. Not sure what role she has there, but she has great potential in her career. Whoever from Smoothie King monitors this please forward my kudo to her.

Disappointed in the COVID-19 precautions at this store. The company website says all team members are wearing face coverings but in this store none of them were. Service was also not the best. Had to tell them which smoothie was mine after they had already given out the order behind mine with mine finished and still sitting behind the counter. Frustrating. Fortunately the smoothie was good. Love Smoothie King...just want them to do better.

The staff is amazing and knowledgeable, friendly and definitely NOT pushy. Just go in, be greeted almost immediately and talk to the person behind the counter. They'll walk you through the options, offer their opinion and get you taken care of quick.
