Placed an order for 1 med supreme, 1 med meat lovers pizza and an order of cinnabons. When I arrived to pick up my order the young lady handed me my order without opening pizza to ensure that it was the correct order, neither did she check for the correct name apparently. I did not realize it was the wrong order until we started eating the food and I saw that one of the pizzas my son was eating was not what I ordered. I contacted the store and told the young lady she gave me the wrong order and explained we had already started eating the pizza before realizing it was not correct. I told the young lady that I was willing to come and only get the meat lovers pizza that I didn't get, being since two of the items from the other customers receipt matched the two items from my order except my pizza was med and the other customers order was a large. The lady stated that I had to bring the entire order back that I couldn't keep the order. I told her so wait you messed up my order by not following the protocols of your job, I now have to get back in my car to get my correct order that I shouldn't have had to do, and you want me to bring an order that was being eaten back to the facility to do what with? So now I have a receipt with someone else's full name and number as well as make of her car so now that customers privacy has been violated. The simple thing to do was give me the meatlovers pizza that was missing, remake the order for the other customer and call it day lesson learned. I asked to speak with the manager who never came to the phone leaving me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and tried calling back but no one answered. I contacted customer service and explained what happened and asked to be refunded for the med meatlovers pizza I didn't receive. She proceeded to say that I would get $4 and some change back. I told her the deal for the pizzas were 2 med specialty pizzas for $8.99 a piece so why would I receive $4 back. She said the medium supreme was $14 and the medium meatlovers was $4. I was like what?? She went ahead and said that I would receive a $8.99 credit to be used on a future order. I gave her my number that was used on the order as she asked, thinking everything was settled I hung up satisfied with the outcome. After checking my Pizza Hut account online there is no credit posted and I have received no text message or email of any updates that was spoken of. I am not pleased whatsoever. The manager whoever that is, the rooki young lady and the customer rep will all need to be retrained on proper customer service, job performance and protecting customer privacy. Either give me the pizza I didn't receive or give me a refund is all I wanted and I got niether. Had my family not started eating the pizza before I realized it was incorrect I would have taken the pizza back untouched, but it was eaten out of so what were you going to do add a few more slices and give the pizza to the correct customer. This matter is not resolved.

Worst experience by far!!! I ordered well ahead of time and when I arrived at the allotted time I was made to wait an additional hour and a half only to find out they still hadn't gotten my pizza into the oven. They did not apologize or do anything about the inconvenience of sitting there with 2 of my young children waiting. When I finally got my pizza it was all crust and hardly any sauce or cheese. Very disappointed!

The pizza was slightly under cooked it was impressively thin and the cheese i ordered for my kid was also paper thin and almost no sauce and no cheese very poor quality you can tell they dont care...

The pizza was really good and it didn't take a long time to receive my order. I haven't always had a good experience with this place but my last few visits have been perfect. Phillip took my order and he was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back!!!

I decided to order wings for delivery after a long day of work. I placed my order and got the confirmation that they would be delivered. 5 mins later I got a call from the manager asking if I could come pick the food up. I told her I would and ask if we could get a cookie for the inconvenience. Her response was “No, I’ll give you your delivery fee back”. Well obviously if I got to pick my food up. I told her I would come, but I would be contacting corporate in the morning. She then told me I was being rude and she was canceling my order and refusing to service me. This is after my card was charged over $30. She made it as if it was fault , she didn’t have a delivery driver and made it as if I was rude for saying the website should have said no delivery at this time or asking to be accommodated for the inconvenience. I will never spend another dime here. She did give us our food after a call back and me letting her know I wasn’t trying to be rude. The pizza is gross anyway

Ordered a pizza and after two hours of waiting called and they told me my order has been voided even though the tracker said it was being made. He could not tell me why this happened. I will literally never ever order here again.

It took 2 and a half hours and 3 trips though the drive through before I got my order. Every time I went through the drive through I got a different time that it would be ready.

Ordered pizza and Pepsi. Took awhile to deliver and when the guy arrived he says he has no Pepsi but can give me both mt dew and dt Pepsi. I took the mt dew although this wasn't what I wanted. Then hes asking me to sign for my order on my contactless order that I already paid for and tipped on. After he leaves I find that they gave me the wrong dip too
