We had a horrible experience at this location, was on a trip with the family and this outing led to a horrible dinner.
The waitress did not know what was going on, I do not know if it was her first day or not. Which I do not know why she would be on her own if that was the case. We had to keep repeating and repeating what we wanted, so a situation that normally takes 2-3 minutes, lasted over 15 minutes.
After waiting for our food to arrive at our booth, which at this moment I realized I should have listened to my 5 year old and went to McDonald’s instead....
1. My wrap was horrible, chicken slimy, lettuce was mushy and was just horrible. A lunch-able inside a tortilla would have been a more enjoyable food choice.
2.I also purchased boneless wings for the table, it was gummy, 100% cold, felt like it was sitting in the freeze right before it hit my table.
3. Wife had a salad, which looked like the lettuce you would get at the supper market sitting in the back for the last month. Wilted, slimy, horribly brown lettuce.
THE ONLY REASON THIS IS GETTING A TWO STAR AND NOT ONE STAR, is because the drinks we ice cold and the fries were perfect like normally you would expect from this establishment.
Will be passing through next month, I am torn if I want another eatery or have a round two to see how much worse it could get.

I ordered an hour before getting to curbside pickup and waited another hour after I arrived and called them. Tons of people got their food first. I've never had this problem at this location. My fries were cold and soggy, the burger was barely warm.

Today was my sons 13 birthday. We have been to this location in nampa multiple times without issue. The meal was ok, the service up until the bill was fine. When it came time to pay I gave the server our debit card. It came back declined. I checked my account and had plenty of funds for the bill. The server let us know there was some kind of card issue going on and they have been dealing with IT, not the servers fault at all. My sister and her family were joining us and my sister decided to give them her card, same thing declined. She gave them another card with plenty of balance, declined again. Obviously there was some kind of IT issue going on. While all this was going on we witnessed another table pay for their order via card and asked the server and she said it’s working for all other tables besides ours. It’s been at least 30 minutes trying to figure this out. We’re all checking our accounts and embarrassed because of the scene. All our accounts our fine. What’s the chance 3 different people with 3 different cards with plenty of funds are really the problem. I had to send my wife to the bank to get money out of the ATM with the same card they said didn’t work at all, while I waited at the table. After all was said and done we paid via cash. The whole point to all this was the fact that during all this the manager on duty had nothing to say. Besides acting like this was our fault and no type of input on the situation. We had to go extremely out of the way just to pay the bill and got no real type of apology. It was embarrassing and time consuming to say the least. The customer service on the management side was extremely lacking!
2/12/21 update- we all called our financial institutions and there were no hits on our cards or indications they were being ran from Red Robin so the issues was most definitely on their side.

Called ahead and still had to wait an hour. They weren't busy inside when we finally got in. Our server was on her phone at the bar a bunch of the time. They could have allowed more people in. They also wouldnt let me order a drink because my ID is slightly damaged. If I can use it with the government I should be able to use it a restaurant.

Faster than predicted; kind and professional staff, easy and well setup curbside service, perfect order accuracy, and good food!

My 1st experience at Red Robins was not what I expected it's been years since I haven't been there . This 2nd time it was definitely thumbs up .Will be definitely going back soon this time with the daughter

We called ahead for a wait time and get on the list. We were told 50min. We went in to check on how far out a little after an hour wait. We were told it would be another 30min. I was pretty frustrated so we left to find something else. A few minutes later I received a text saying our table was ready so we headed back. Our family was seated in the bar area (our kids are teenagers) and our server was out promptly. We placed our drink order and then our food order. Our food was almost an hour and half later, the server kept our drinks full and the manager apologized for the delay. The food wasn't as good as other times we had been to this Red Robin but we were hungry as it was almost 10pm at this point.

Food is just as good as our last visit before the virus of 2020. Cooking fresh does take time. They have gluten free options! 😉
