Tgi Fridays Fountain Gate

Nice location but that’s about it. Chose a big chain restaurant because it’s usually the safest choice abroad with food allergies, but TGI’s didn’t have anything expect meat patties for a person allergic to milk (mjölkprotein), even though the menu states otherwise (checked with kitchen)… of course happy that the chef checked it and patties were safe to eat, but nowhere else in Sweden we had such poor menu for person with allergies. Also had to ask three times for my beer after which it was delivered (had already eaten most of my dinner at that point).

The most overrated place there is. I had been to Fridays in other countries and always found it delicious even if the prices were a little too much. But this one was over the top expensive and didn´t meet our expectations. The chicken pasta was tasteless and the portions were not even average. Wouldn´t eat here again.

Was here eating during dinner when it was crowded with people. They had limited places to sit outside because they were understaffed that day and didn't expect it to be so many people coming(spoke to the workers about it). We still got a nice place inside and the service and workers were really nice people. I ordered New York meat with medium well, it was delicious. My boyfriend got burgers with Sweet potatoes, i didn't really like their sweet potatoes because they were very small and thin and weren't crispy as I like them to be. Overall a nice place but a bit loud inside for a date or talk zone, so would not recommend it for those events.

We were in last night and while the service was attentive, the food was bland and expensive. As were the mixed drinks, particularly the Blue Hawaiian. The atmosphere was noisy due to the loud music and people trying to talk over it. The restaurant was very nearly empty (we only saw a few people at the bar, and three other couples spread around the restaurant), yet the host sat another couple right next to us and our baby stroller was now in the way. It makes no sense in a pandemic, and even less sense since our daughter is only two months old and cannot sit up on her own, so a chair was out of the question. We attempted to move the stroller, but were told we couldn’t block the door to the outside (it’s January and no one was outside) because it’s a fire hazard. So now we are a problem and have further upset the newly seated couple not even 3 feet from us. We ordered a steak with fries, garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, and a chicken Caesar salad. Everything lacked flavor. It was bland, and tasteless, and I spent the subway ride home in turmoil due to an upset stomach. I don’t know how you can mess up a chicken Caesar salad, but they pulled it off. We will never eat there again. The service staff were nice, and the location is great, but it’s a waste.
