Stopped by here for a quick dessert after lunch and shopping next door. Cute little shop with some great gelato that’s pretty darn close to what you’d get in Italy.

Absolutely love this place!! It reminds me so much of my trip to Italy. Such a cute and clean store as well. The gelato flavors are ways so delicious and so smooth. Friendly staff and a true espresso machine!! Stop here for sure!!

Legato Gelato is a cute place for an after dinner or lunch treat. I am actually dairy free and always hesitant with the taste of sorbettos, but theirs are just SO good. Not overly sweet, and tastes fresh. Also a cute neighborhood that you can have your gelato and walk around in.

A fantastic craft gelato shop in a very up and coming neighborhood just blocks off the street where most of your country music is produced. Delicious boutique flavors and super friendly staff. Businesses like Legato are the reason Nashville is in its renaissance. Important note - this is a small gelato shop in a small neighborhood. If you want fast McFlurries head to McDonalds. So don't whine if you have to stand in line for a few minutes - trust me - it's worth it!

Our family loves Legato! Their gelato is made that same day, and the flavors are amazing! They make about 10 different kinds each day, and they will often run out of certain flavors. The price of local freshness! Highly recommend the stracciatella, the pistachio, and the sea salt with toffee. Also, try their espresso, affogato style!

Delicious! I had 3 flavors: peanut butter and honey, one that was similar to cookies and cream, and a caramel toffee. It was almost $9 for the cup I bought, it was a bit expensive for the serving size. However it was simply delicious.

Delicious gelato, plenty of flavors to select from and the texture is very legato........ smoooooooth. Restroom facilities need brighter lighting as the very low lighting provides a frightening area - seems unsafe - for young children (after all, this is a kiddo friendly fun food spot!) and for older guests whose eyesight can be challenged. Brighten the restrooms for a safer and secure feel.

This locally owned business is one of the best ice cream treats in Nashville. Everything is made fresh daily in their kitchen. Also, if you're lactose intolerant they have some dairy-free choices, which came as a surprise, because it is so good you wouldn't know it didn't have any dairy.

Nice little shop with great gelato and coffee. A limited number of favors, but definitely worthwhile. The textures comes pretty close to those of some great gelato-shops I visited in Florence and Rome. The nice thing is that it doesn't make you to feel 'as full' as many American Ice-cream shops (also because the portions are a bit more reasonably sized).
