True Food Kitchen

Had a meal at True Food Kitchen. The meatloaf was flavorful, though the portion size felt small. Our waiter was exceptionally helpful, accommodating a restricted diet. My friend enjoyed a seasonal baked dish but also found the portions on the smaller side. Overall, a positive experience with a focus on healthy options.

I’ve been coming to True Food for years and they never disappoint. The food is always on point and the service is too. Jackson is an amazing, attentive server and truly goes above & beyond for his customers. Butternut squash pizza and the vegan double cheeseburger are always amazing. I’ve never had a bad meal here! Will continue to be a patron for years to come :)

Another excellent dinner! Tonight was the Chicken fennel sausage lasagna and the Teriyaki Tofu bowl, finished with the Squash Pie. Very, very good. Service was outstanding as usual. Update: fourth visit and again outstanding food and service! A bit noisy inside. Probably due to the cold, nobody was using the outside seating. Looking forward to our next visit! Yet another great dinner! This time we split a Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza, Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatos and Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl with Tofu and everything was delicious!

I was a first timer here today with my aunt who is a frequent flyer! Our server, Scott, along with multiple kitchen staff, went out of their way to make our experience pleasant and personal. They forgot about one of our appetizers (which we didn’t notice as we were deep in conversation) and noticed we had been waiting a while and checked in with us multiple times about the status of the entree, as well as providing something additional for us to eat since we had to wait so long (which wasn’t even that long at all). It is rare to see people so attentive to individual customers’ needs these days, so we were pleasantly surprised, and enjoyed great conversation with the thoughtful crew members too! Will be back for high quality, nutrient dense food! 💗

We love True Foods because it has something for everyone, and a lot of heathy dishes. My daughter got the seasonal salmon that she says is always cooked to perfection. Its served on top of a pile of wild rice, and brussel sprouts with a sauce. I had a taste for the vegan double cheeseburger. Yes, even the cheese and mayo is vegan. I asked for grilled onions on it as well and thought it was great! The teriyaki quinoa bowl w/tofu is also another favorite of mine. The bar offers standard and seasonal cocktails and drinks, and if you can’t find a place to sit when it’s crowded, the bar also serves food. Because it was a nice night, most people were dining outside on the large patio, which does have a lot of ambiance. I was sad to learn they were trying to do away with non dairy desserts, the squash pie was a favorite of mine. Besides that, a shout out to Tommy, our fantastic waiter, who was not only helpful and attentive, but allowed us privacy to talk by not bothering us every 2 minutes. We love everything about True Foods!
