Absolutely excellent. Great atmosphere. And the food was to die for. Appetizer, entree, and dessert. Drinks were good.

Very nice decor in the old Post Office building. Excellent service and great seafood. We tried the seafood platter and it's the best we've had in this area. Looking forward to trying the seafood enchiladas, crayfish platter, and blackened mahi in the near future.

McAdoos is consistent with well prepared food, great service and top quality fresh ingredients. My favorites are the seafood salad, Cajun enchiladas & the seafood fondue. The creme brûlée is the best I’ve ever had! The setting in the old Post Office is a true authentic dining experience. They have a great bar with tasty drinks as well. Fellas, grab your ladies and treat them to a wonderful dining experience at a very decent price.

Seafood platter is always delicious, fried fish,fried oysters, fried shrimp 🦐 the French fries are seasoned perfectly!
Today I ordered Mai Mai With étouffée.
Crawfish and shrimp.
And of course a Sazerac to drink!.
I would highly recommend this restorative post office.

Great food and staff. I knowingly went in with a cayenne allergy and the staff was great. Our server checked with the kithen to make sure no cross contamination, or spices was added to my steak. The atmosphere was beautiful i love the old industrial style of the building. Would definitely eat there again if i find myself in TX again!

Service and ambiance was very nice. The food on the other hand has alot to be desired. We have been there on several occasions and because their specialty is seafood we expect our shrimp, scallops, etc. to be exceptional. The food is never what we expect. Our lunch for two entrees with ice tea was over $50. Did not think it was worth the price. We will give McAdoo's another chance in the near future.
