Mcdonald's

Nobody is helping the people in the drive thru. I was behind a man who kept saying hello and nobody responded. Until he pulled away they started laughing on the intercom system. I'm sitting here watching them do this. If you are going to come here in the morning, don't. They are jokers here. All these employees inside and I keep seeing some girl come to the window when the cars pull and tell them something. And then they drive off. Makes you wonder why people don't care about each other.

Ordered through their kiosks, worker brought the food no problem. However, when I went up to the counter to get barbecue sauce, I received absolutely no acknowledgement that I even existed. I patiently waited for over 5 minutes while they noticed me and walked past me. I observed, in my opinion, during this time the workers to just lazily be doing the bare minimum to get to go drive thru orders completed. The supervisor or manager was busy and didn't seem to turn around once. I happened to see the sauce near the pickup and helped myself. I don't feel I'm being harsh in this review as looking at a customer, it takes two seconds to ask them if they need something and with a simple request of needing barbecue sauce doesn't take long either. I understand working a job you don't like, but at least acknowledge the customer, especially when they noticeably look like they need help with something, especially after walking right past them.

Really ridiculous that we HAVE to use the kiosk to order instead of speaking to a person. The employee that told me I had to order at the kiosk then came and stood just to my right watching me order. I asked her to please not stand there and watch me, and she said "I was told to watch and see if customers need help"... well then, why can't you just take my order at the register??? We would have already been done by now! Having to use the kiosk is just going to make me not want to go on there to eat.

First went to drive through and waited for 10 minutes and the other lane had 6 cars go through and no one helped us in the lane we was in. Had to go to the window and order. Big inconvenience for them. Get home and my wife was going through the bag and asked if I had eaten because one of the burgers felt light. They smashed the burger in the wrapper. Man if I would have seen it happen better believe I would be in jail for hurted one of them little punks. It's time for people to start respecting others before they get hurt.

Arrived at 1045,got app message my order completed at 11. Didnt get food till 1122,Had burgers just thrown in unwrapped no condiments,ordered extra Double burgers that only had 1 patty nothing on them. One was 2 top buns. My Sundae splashed in my car when the finally gave me my food at curvside because by that time it was just a cup of milk. How do you get paid 15/hr but you dont know how to count to 2,and dont know how to put a burger together? All food was cold like it was sitting there for an hr. Called manager the following morning (today)told they no longer do refunds,i tried calling mult times last night but the line was busy for 20 min straight. And so many cars that came through while i was waiting that turned right back into drive thru,that by the time was outstretched past the cornerstore next door. Would you wait after waiting 40 min for cold and melted food? Customer service sucks there and food quality has gone really far out the window.
