Titanic Restaurant

Very bad experience. Good was great!!!! Service was the absolute WORST!!!!! Waiter was very inattentive to us but he catered to all of the Hispanic patrons. I had to go to the bar to get my own water. Another waiter saw that I was unhappy with the service and tried to intervene.... if I ever patronize this establishment again, it'll be with an order to go!!!! Again, food was GREAT!!!!!

Pathetic Experience Ever - Stay away from TITANIC We organized a client party for Christmas having booked for almost 50 people. We went there and checked about the prices of 6 appetizers and open bar. The organizer lady (Sandra) informed us that she will charge $25 per person. Also she informed us that their bar will be closed for the general public during our party day. She gave everything in writing. Probably the mistake we did is that we did not pay and get all the items written officially in advance. When we asked her for the advance, she informed us that she trust us and will take the money on the party day itself. Also she informed us that the tables and everything will be in order of red and green just like it was on the day when we went to book the hall. Just 1 day before the party around 4:15 PM she called and informed that she will not be able to provide these things in the desired amount rather she will charge $40 per person. We were stranged in nowhere as it was being discussed just before the party day. We told her that we will complain against them but she told us go ahead and she will cancelled the party. After lot of struggle and discussion (just to keep reputation in front of client) we agreed to pay the amount. On the party day when we reached half an hour in advance just to check the things, we got to know that they were not going to provide us with the agreed hall instead they provided us the basement. We discussed a lot with the owner (as the lady was on leave) but he shouted upon us that he can't give us the agreed hall and told us if he can cancel our order. No proper bar, it was stinking (we had to get the room freshners) basement, no hangers for the jackets, no proper service and also we were informed in front of client that the food what's served is served, there will not be more food server. Although everything was told to be unlimited. I would urge everyone --> pleaseeeeee DO NOT go to this restaurant. It was the worst experience ever and do not want anyone else to face any such issues.
