Tony's Pizza

Ordered once, and it was really good. But this experience forced me to make this 2-Star review. Everything is burnt. I would rather have waited and gotten new food if the staff noticed everything was burnt. Mistakes happen, but it shouldn’t be passed to the customer. The burn taste permeates through the pizza and it’s all you can taste after struggling through the cheesy cardboard like experience. Knots were inedible because they’re like little rocks with garlic.

They seem to know how to make a good pizza. But when the order (Meatlovers) does not fit to the delivery (Hawaii), something's wrong. Maybe they delivered a five bucks cheaper slightly cold pizza hidden in the case because I stayed only one night in a hotel nearby? Hopefully not and it was only a mistake. But I am sorry as I can only give two stars for that experience overall.

2+ hours to receive delivery. Who cares about taste if you can't get the food without traveling to an earlier time zone? UPDATE: 5/1/2022 Gave them another shot (because we were looking for a "new" place and forgot we had ordered from here and ripped them in a review before) - food took 90 minutes, and 50% of the order didn't show up for 45 minutes, and took several phone calls I mean, we ordered the Family pack, which is a set menu item that comes with pre-assigned elements. You almost have to actively try in order to screw that up. It's true, the food is good, but when it shows up with congealed cheese and cold wings and you basically have to recook it yourself, not to mention you only get one half of it at a time, does it matter? Never again, Tony's. Never again.
