Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

UPDATE 6/26/22:. Google asked me to update this, so I am. We went there today and managed to get seated right away. Now what probably not updated in this review is that with the restaurant half empty we were getting waits to be seated. I finally began going next door to Applebee's. We were seated right away today. I'm not sure if that because they've hired more people or because the place wasn't crowded. The waitress did a great job (waiters / waitresses have always done a great job here). The food was decent with one exception. The cheese for the pretzel bites appetizer was actually cold. I'll increase the rating back up to 4. ----- Used to be my favorite until they fired my favorite waitress for a single customer complaint. Food is alright, not spectacular, the remaining wait staff do an EXCELLENT job. UPDATE:. Seriously, watch out for the mean looking lady who they put up front. She's already alienating long time customers by not seating people when there are open tables. I've left twice, and once when I was walking out, I saw another long time customer ripping her a new one for pulling that trash. And he was right. I don't know why they would put a person like that put front unless they were trying to jettison customers.

Stopped here for a lunch date and got 2 of their specialty burgers, the master cheese and their new smokehouse brisket burger. The MC burger had no flavor and was thin. Didn't get to try the brisket burger as the server put in the wrong burger. Waited 30mins initially and did not want to wait for another 30 minutes. Received the smokehouse burger instead but had the same issue, thin and no flavor. Was disappointed in the food quality this time.

Food was very good...service was good....Table was not so good 😢. Partially my fault I should have asked to move but didn't want to be a bother. The table was small with two ends that flip up extending the table size however the extentions were not level and plates and glasses could not be placed there so for three people just not seated at appropriate spot. Again, I should have requested a move as it was not busy but other than that it was clean and food was good.
