Wow, I dined inside the restaurant and let me tell you this is one of the best we’ll kept cleaned restaurants I’ve been to! Staff is very friendly ! Food is excellent Chick fil a watch out ! 😃 ps the staff deserves a raise if you guys deserve every penny if not more what a great experience and educated staff!! Congratulations

I just left this Popeye's and my mom always wants me to go inside to get her chicken and if it wasn't for my mother I would have left because I hate so service. I'm next in line, a white boy comes up to the counter as a drunk man is walking to the counter. The white boy says that the drunk man is next, he was an older man so I let him go before me and I wish I didn't because I didn't realize how drunk he was! It takes him 15 minutes to get his money out of his pocket as he's dropping everything and almost falling over as he's attempting to pick up his stuff he's dropping out his pockets! Do They open another register? NO! I just have to stand there until he finds his money and pays for his food and then I order the 11 piece she gives me no wings and that's the first piece of chicken my mom looks for! No wings and only legs, thighs, and a breast! When it was suppose to be three of each piece of chicken and she knew that! Never again! As high as their prices are now and then she intentionally gives me the thighs nobody wants! I'll be finding out who the store manager is and reporting their conduct and I ASKED FOR SPICY SHE GAVE ME MILD! NEVER AGAIN!

This place is the epitome of gone downhill. So we have kids working there, but there was no leadership. They've continuously given me the wrong order time and again. Last order was 1 spicy chicken and 1 Fish sandwich. And 2 orders of Mac and Cheese. No Mac and cheese. That's fine, we got fries instead. Tell me why we got 2 spicy fish sandwiches though! Everyone wants a job. No one wants to work. Done with y'all. At least this location.

Manager was terrific. I was given a thigh in a 2 piece that was smaller than a wing, which would have given me reason to give 1 star. I went back in to see if I could get a larger one and the manager (who I think felt embarrassed or was doing damage control) hooked me up big time. A lot of fast food joints have mgrs that could care less but not this one. Will def. return.

This restaurant is very bad, and this is me being nice! They never open on time, (sometimes 30-to an hour late) , and both of the bathrooms are always out of order. Anyway, today I was the first customer in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain and fries. I waited 10 minutes, until someone even acknowledged I was there. They took like 5 orders in the drive thru, giving them their food, until someone again asked me what my order was, then proceeded to help drive thru again! There was over 7 people working and it was very slow. Mind you, I was the first one in line even before any cars in drive-through ! When they finally gave me my food the lady had an attitude, didn’t acknowledge that I waited over 15 minutes for my food, or even apologize. Very subpar customer service! The sandwich and fries were also cold! Will not be returning.
