I honestly can't believe how fresh and well prepared the food at this 1 particular taco bell!! They obviously have good management and standards. Thank God that 1 fast food place cares about their customers experience.

Not the worst Taco Bell around, but also please stop advertising “dine in open” if you’re gonna lock your doors.

Always check your bag for your items before leaving the window, every order will be missing items, and the food that does make it in the bag is not the items you ordered. Fried chicken in taco was burnt to a crisp. Very weird running a multi million dollar business like this.

The employees are extremely rude, far from friendly, and just nasty. The guy who took my order looked and sounded high as a kite and was completely out of it. I tried to repeat my order back to him because I can tell on the screen that it’s incorrect, and he just cuts me off and tells me to pull up saying “yes” to anything I said before I can even finish. Get up to the window and completely different person hands me my order which was missing 2 items that did come up on the order screen, and tells me I never ordered them. Manager comes out and says it was never put in and I’d have to reorder them. Now I’m holding up the drive up line. That’s the list time I visit this location.

They take too long to make food in person. The kids at the register walk in a complete circle waiting for the food preps to finish. Forget about dashing there too. If you order thru doordash your food is ice cold. If your the dasher you waiting forever to get the food to deliver.

This location ALWAYS runs out of Diablo sauce. This is inexcusable. It literally does not expire.
Yo Manager, when restocking your supply, order more Diablo sauce. Take how much you normally order and double it, triple it idk it WONT GO BAD.

We have been to this Taco Bell before and have not had any problems. However, today nothing went well. We ordered on the machine inside the store which was fine. Immediately after paying I went to one of the employees asking for my receipt and they said they had thrown it out and could not print me another one. Why not put the customers receipt in their food bag? I get a receipt everywhere I go and have never had this issue before. Next their soda machine was broken and instead of telling us they let us taste almost all the sodas, they were all flat and watery. When my boyfriend told an employee that the machine was broken, her manager over heard and rolled his eyes while throwing his arms in the air, very unprofessional. The girl was helpful and nice and got us a soda from the kitchen machine. Then we get to the car to eat our tacos and they were both cold and no napkins were provided. We were also both missing items and toppings in our tacos. It was not busy at all either, everyone was standing around! Next time we’ll go somewhere else, the lake of care could not have been greater. Very disappointed.

This Taco Bell is the best I've ever been at.
The one that opened in Vails Gate, NY is in desperate need of employee training, it is way to slow and untrained in preparation. They would do well to go in the restaurant I Love and get proper training.
