Great place for hot and mostly ready pizza 🍕 sometimes you have to wait for the pizza to be made during more busy times, but never a long wait. Always a quality product and excellent service. I would recommend that you try them out and see for yourself how delicious the food is. Drinks and other food items also are available for ordering.

This store was really struggling last night. Ordered online and it took 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to. Employees didn't check with us for over 7 minutes (in the drive thru) and the only reason they came to the window was because I was beeping at them when I saw her asking if the people waiting in the store were there for Christina. They have signs posted that they are hiring, but I think they may be lacking in the training department too. The food was hot, and tasted good, just not satisfied with being ignored and waiting so long when I ordered an hour ahead of time.

I’ve had multiple bad customer service experiences here for the past several years. The most recent one was I called ahead to order a pizza. Left me on hold, actually set the phone down and could hear all the commotion, for 10 minutes. I hung up as I pulled to the drive through window thinking I’d get service to order a pizza. Nope! Sat at the window and was ignored for a good 5 minutes. Just drove off. Order from Dominos in Newburgh on State Street. Never any issues.

This place could be so good, if they tried. Their hot n readys are never ready. A few employees, one in particular, try to act like you’re a bother for even trying to order a pizza through the drive-thru. He even said loudly, “..ugh, is my shift over yet?” They weren’t even busy!! Just wow. Again, this place could be so good. Spend a little more money and go to the other pizza place across the highway, by Donut Bank. Much better customer service.

This location is horrible! I ordered a pizza and had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to bring it out to me. Every single person in line behind me pulled up, got their pizza and left immediately. I eventually had to call into the location and remind them that I was out there waiting. It’s unfortunate because the pizza and breadsticks are very good however, I will not be returning to this location anytime soon
