A young lady called Katherine never stopped working whilst I visited the cafe
She replenished tge cutlery, served food cleared and cleaned tables
She was pleasant, obliging and polite at all times

Not much to say about this place except that they had a chance to expand the food section and they Didn't .
Most of the workers on the ground floor have
Tunnel Vision and only see what they want to see .

I love this shop. The staff are extremely helpful, if they don't have what I am looking for, I can order it in store by an assistant and have it delivered to the store promptly. I also love the food hall. Good choice and a decent size food hall.

Just visited at 09:00 and it’s the best time for easy parking and the store is quite and fully stock. Staff as ever friendly and attentive, if required

Quick visit, got what I went for and a few more bits. Little browse. Easy parking, clothing and shoes over priced for my budget.

Had a Sparks offer of free bar of Swiss Milk Chocolate which wasn't in stock. Irene (who often serves us) on the checkout told us any Swiss bar was on offer and went and got us a bar of hazelnut chocolate. Can't ask for better service than that.

I use this store lots for food shopping and collections. Everything usually works out absolutely fine. Today I bought a beauty product and asked the cashier on the food till to ensure the tag was neutralised, only for it to beep as I left store !! Embarrassing and annoying.

I went with my Dad and my sister to buy a present 🎁 for Mothers Day. 👩
Also some flowers 💐 for my Auntie's birthday.
Luckily, we got what we wanted, so that was good.

Staff in the clothing area always seem friendly.
Food store is a reasonable size and tends to be well stocked.

Kingston Park very helpful to sort a refund transaction on an item I purchased the day before there. Having been in Metrocentre today they were unhelpful on my returning the item and Manager told me to go where I purchased it as the receipt didn't show the item. Metrocentre could've done it said Kingston Park Manager, thank you!
