Loved Frankie and Benny's my friends took me for my birthday meal treat was a brilliant night the food is just right and readable prices the staff are also very friendly my friend arranged with the kichen staff to bring my birthday cake out to me playing music HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME it was Great will never forget this birthday

This has been a favourite restaurant for many years for myself, friends and family but circumstances have meant that we haven't been able to get together for a long time. We enjoyed the food except for one of my young nephews who found the beef wrap chewy and left it He was offered something else but declined, the rest of us were all happy with our meals. He did receive a free dessert which he enjoyed. I was quite surprised at how much more expensive it is since the last time we were there; the drinks were really expensive. I had booked a table for 8 thinking it might be busy but there were very few people in - the kids, who go into town a lot, told me that this isn't unusual for a Monday in most places. I had thought that being in the town centre and near to the University that it would attract a lot of students, but 2 of my great-nephews who were in our party said that most students wouldn't be able to afford those prices. Our waitress - Chloe-Anne was lovely - helpful and smiling and we had a nice afternoon.

Amazing staff, very personable and went the extra mile to make us comfortable especially with my allergies. The fair haired male manager made sure to tell us he had double checked the order and food with the server and kitchen. Such a small thing to most people but really put my mind at ease. Couldn't recommend more.

Haven't been to F&B for a long time, but today we went there for lunch with our kids and I'm glad we did. Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait ages for it. We were served by Gabriella, and she had lots of patience explaining everything to us and very attentive, always making sure we are comfortable. Lovely place! Well be back soon! Thanks

Decided to pop in here for an impromptu dinner. We had really great (and helpful) service, and the food was surprisingly fantastic. Best chicken wings (with Nashville hot sauce) that we have ever had. Portion size was massive, definitely enough to fill you up. Burgers and chips were also excellent. The atmosphere/music was cozy, friendly and created an authentic American diner feel. Based on this experience, I'm likely to come back.
