It's a Starbucks but a good one

I always get a matcha frappe which never disappoints. The only reason for 4 stars is that this Starbucks does not accept the rewards app which is really annoying considering it has the best location out of all the Starbucks in town. However, the staff are always sweet and it has a really nice layout for social and work coffee dates. I am yet to buy food here but I’ve never had an issue with an order.

Excellent helpful service throughout, and food/drink. Even not a problem to change cup to takeaway though was dining in. Very clean and tidy.

Mine and my best friend's favourite place for a cuppa after our walk. Only thing I would say is get a take away cup even if you're sitting in. It just tastes better out of a tale away cup!

Great coffee every time and on fine days there is a seating placed outside the front doors so you can watch the world go by. #flatwhite

Very clean, fast service. Plenty of room to sit inside on comfortable seats around the side. Great selection off drinks available, mainly coffee based ones nut others are available.
Not so much emphasis on food, l only saw crisps and small biscuits.
All the staff were friendly and hard working and seemed to work very efficiently as a team. My drink was made immediately and the other 3 coffee based ones shortly afterwards. If l was on the quayside again and wanted a nice hot,tasty drink l would go back there.

This branch of Starbucks is a stone through away from Newcastle Millennium Bridge. Great waterfront location, Nice ambiance and lovely coffee. I would definitely visit again.

Lovely quiet place to stop for a drink and admire the view I bought a latte it was delicious and wasn't over priced, lovely polite staff , can sit inside or out or take away would deffo recommend if your in the area

I have been visiting Starbucks since 2011 and the staff are always friendly and efficient and the premises are always clean and tidy as even before the Covid-19 epidemic the tables were always wiped down as soon as they were vacated so I gave always felt safe when visiting. The coffee is also excellent.
