UPDATE: I was very impressed, the owner contacted us to come back to assure us that our previous order was a mistake and out of character for them. We were greeted this time by delightful pancakes, a great portion and lots of toppings. It truly means a lot when a owner cares about the experiences of their customers. What a wonderful family outing. I am absolutely mortified by the rip off this place is. I don’t know if it was a mistake but I was charged $33.95 for 2 sets of pancakes which I was already upset by as the online menu reflected a very different price. Then when I got home I opened the containers only to find the smallest pancakes ever! They should be renamed as piklets. I can’t believe I paid $33.95 for this. This place has changed so much. I remember loving this place a few years ago for their delicious, large and affordable pancakes. Definitely not the case anymore.

Pretty dissatisfied with the cost of 1 toasted sandwich & 1 juice, total cost $18? I would class this as COMPLETELY OVER PRICED! We won’t be returning to this shop!! I would like to point out something here for your own benefit when you are given good conflict? You haven’t addressed the issue of over priced? You have stereotyped me by putting me in a group of customers, hence you have displayed a bias reply! Not only is your price to high! You’ve actually stated you don’t believe what I said was true? Hence bias! Hopefully you’ll handle these sorts of situations in the future, with a regard to managing your bias?
