Easily the best coffee in Newcastle. A place for people who seriously enjoy their coffee, consistent quality with subtle variations depending on the bean makes for always great, never boring coffee. This is a place for coffee lovers, if you want a babycino with 12 sugars and you don't want to get out of your oversize SUV, head to McCafe; if you want the best head to loco.

Without exaggeration I can easily say they make the best coffee I've ever drunk. They get sweet treats in from a local baker with different cakes each time, so there's always a chance to try something new. They always have great music playing, and the staff are always friendly and obviously care a lot about what they do. Just a few reasons why I always go back and am never disappointed.

The bar has been set high! I'm not a coffee expert by any means though i can tell you The Loco's coffee be it an espresso or a double shot latte is the best i have had by far. Its not just the great coffee which keeps me coming back it's the friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable guys behind the LA Marzocco coffee machine.

I've been there about 6 times. The stars are for the coffee and decor for their desired customers. Unfortunately for my partner and I, each of us 2 a day coffee lovers with kids it is far from suitable. As they won't serve baby chinos. I cant fork out for a hot chocolates x 4 a day nor would I want to give them that much choc. I also tired of being told how to drink my coffee. I felt that being denied my half sugar was too much. Most people I ask about their experience say "love the coffee I just wish I could have it the way I like it... we didn't go back"

Just reading through the other reviews, seriously chillout guys, also loved that 'keyboard' response 🤣 👌🏼 ANYWHO! I inhaled the coffee, just perfect, I freaking love my coffee and my whole body just knows when I've had a great coffee, everytime I have gone their (today too) I get great service, and I always see people in there, couples, mates and the occasional person by themselves. I really like the clean and relaxed vibe, it's not 'sterile' like some people have said, it's just neat and simple. The main focus is the coffee, and I love that there is a cafe dedicated to that for once! Also had some orange cake I think is homemade? it was the bomb, new favorite cake! 😊 See you guys again soon!! 😃🌸

Twice I have been to this cafe and been given the same story that they stand by their coffee and that it does not need sugar. If I ask for sugar, I expect it to be but in the coffee, no matter if the staff think otherwise. On both occasions even after insisting I wanted sugar, I returned to the car to find? No sugar. PUT THE SUGAR IN!!!! Back to Suspension Expresso for me...best coffee in Newcastle hands down.
