Snows Pasterie

I regret to discover the once thriving Snows bakery seems to be turning customers away due to lack of bakery items and short daily open hours. The broken display cabinet doesn't help their business either. The one staff member is friendly but it's the business that fails to thrive since the challenges of Covid (I'm guessing?) I popped in for my favourite blueberry pastry and cappuccino but found their wasn't much else on offer anyways. No hot food or cakes at all. I hope they can restore the business soon or offer it to another who can. (I'd take a crack at it) I can't imagine their good image withstanding these sorts of poor business practices for much longer. Snows we miss your baked products. If and when things improve I will update this review. Living in hope to give this cafe more stars. Offer your range and be open for when school finishes and get the new equipment u need to refrigerate those once glorious cakes. Good luck

Purchased a cheesecake here and once I went back home to open it up and look at it I noticed it was moulding all around. I was shocked staff didn't noticed the mould as they packed it in a box. I was unable to see the mould though the window at the counter.... As the shop was closed later that day I had to return the next day just to having to wait as they were unable to do a debit card refund. I was later able to get cash back. Staff were apologetic but they could have been more proactive. They just didn't seem to know how to respond and or offer a genuine apology. I will most definitely will never be back here.

A small store with not much stock at all, but the food they did have was nice to eat. Saturday morning, people lined up out the door, but only a single staff member left to do all the ordering, making coffees, etc - quite unacceptable, and meant everyone was waiting a *long* time. Venue was generally unappealing and bland.

Like "I'm Tired", I had the exact same terrible experience. I was with my girlfriend, it was a really hot day, and I was thinking of either ordering a milkshake or coffee. I was standing RIGHT AT the till for about TWO MINUTES UNATTENDED, waiting to place my order, but the young blonde employee with many tattoos and a very grumpy look on her face refused to serve me - as in IGNORED ME. So unacceptable. I walked out and she didn't care... Pretty sure the guy behind me had the same thing happen and did the same. I then went to Gloria Jeans with my girlfriend, who greeted me AND my girlfriend with smiles, where I ordered my coffee. The Snows 'experience' had me so rattled that I left my phone at Gloria Jeans, only for a lovely young tall employee to have found it, kept it, and waited for my return after I had realised what had happened. The service has usually been poor - the company needs to ensure they hire people with some basic manners and kindness. The coffee and food doesn't matter when the service is terrible when it ruins the ambience and what should be a joy of dining out. The world is hard enough as it is for EMPLOYEES, PEOPLE WITH A JOB - BE GRATEFUL - to treat customers who give them a job like RUBBISH. I am boycotting Snows and I suggest everybody else do the same. The exact date was 12 September, 2020. The worst service I have ever received, and I have sadly received a lot.
