Subway

We ordered our subway and when came to pay the eftpos was not working, the lady serving us was really lovely about it and went to go get her boss. When the boss came out he didn’t apologise or acknowledge us at all until 5 minutes later to ask if we had cash. When we stated we didn’t he asked us to go and get cash out somewhere else so we could pay for it. As someone who works in customer service the situation was really poorly handled. We were never offered a free meal place of -there- eftpos not working. Waste of time and ended up leaving without food or an apology.

Go to subway this morning because the web site says it’s open the sign on the door says it should be open there are people inside so I ring and say are you open and she says no we are opening at 10 today because we have been shut for awhile??? I drove there to get a sub for breakfast that was a waiste of time thanks for nothing subway

I ordered from here a couple of times via Uber Eats. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they forgot to add avocado to my sub, no biggie, I got a refund. Ordered again 2 weeks later and they did the same thing... Sub was also overfilled and the bread disintegrated. Experience might be different in store but I wouldn't go out of my way as there are other places to eat at Waratah Village.
