Papa Johns Pizza

Ive always been a papa johns pizza lover. 20 yrs customer you've lost. tonight did it for me. I order 2 to 3 times out of the month. I always order the same and if i use cash instead of card i always pay the same way. Well tonight i was told he cant except my currency that they couldn't accept anything over $20 of my total purchase. I know it's been a little while but also have worked at Papa John's as a driver and that is not facts we always had enough to break the currency customer may have. I was left with no Pizza

Papa John's is our family favorite for pizza!!! I love their app, it is so fast and easy to use! Their point system is nice to eventually earn free items as well as they always have specials. I would have given 5 stars, but the last 2 orders have had mistakes. Last month, I ordered garlic sauce with cheese sticks instead of marinara sauce and got marinara sauce. Tonight pineapple was left off one of my pizzas.... PAPA JOHNS, PLEASE START DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDERS! We love your pizza, but I am not fond of paying for things and not getting them. Redeem your self by getting out next 2 orders correct and I will edit you to 5 stars.... until then, people check your orders!

I ordered a pizza and a few other things for dinner. I usually have a good experience with them and always tip well. Well my pizza was undercook and you could literally tell it was just dough with a pile of topping thrown on it. You could not even eat it. So I called the store and they would not replace my pizza! I understand people call and try to scam but my pizza literally was not cooked! They offered me a free credit which I appreciate. But you literally gave me a undercook pizza and wouldn’t replace it? That to me is crazy.

Papa John's is my new go to pizza place for delivery. I have to be honest, Domino's has always been my favorite but I ordered one not too long ago that was terrible. Thank you and will see you soon. UPDATE!! 5/16/19 I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. The gentleman taking the order seem to have a very hard time and was unfamiliar with my coupon. The philly Pizza I ordered was not good. Sauce was sour and cheese only went 1/2 was to the crust. I'm changing to 3 stars.

Usually papa johns is our go to for quick pizza delivery. But the last couple times we have received barely any toppings on our specialty pizzas and the “large” pizzas, which are supposed to be 14” pizzas, that get delivered are actually 12” medium pizzas. If it happened once, i could chalk that up to a mistake. But it’s been the last 3 times consistently.

Not mask friendly. Two out of eight employees had masks on, the guy at the register masked when I asked him but took it off when he walked away. They can’t get their promotions right, I got quoted three dollars less for the two pizza options I was considering just to be told that the promotion wasn’t working… Bait and switch? Don’t go here it’s cheaper at Little Caesars and everyone from the guy making dough to drive-through Lex consideration for customers who want to Covid safe environment.
