Can't beat having a Rita's up the street!!! This one is unique though with their additional seating with a tv and some video games. The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean!

Staff was friendly and patient with us and our 3 kids. Food was great and delicious as we would expect from Rita's although we've never personally visited this location before

Another shining example of a brilliant chain in action! I witnessed a happy employee that delivered precisely what I ordered with a smile! You just can't go wrong with Rita's Italian Ice! This one's a nice indoor location on Main Street with comfortable seating. Additionally, there is an outdoor park (a rather picturesque setting *see pictures*) close-by & within walking distance to also endulge & kickback.

Renovated area for this Rita’s! They did a lovely job. Could use some more seating indoors and maybe a few tables outside but otherwise, it’s nice to have an indoor Rita’s. Very quick service from the employees working here. Main Street in Northampton is the perfect place for this chain. Much needed!

I take my boys here whenever we go for walks. The service is always great and the ice is always delicious. So happy to have such a great Rita’s location right here in Northampton!

Finally went the last day of last season, and it’s a quaint old soda-shop-feel. I love that you can eat inside and outside—perfect location. Friendly service, good flavors, can’t wait to go back when weather warms up.
