Fitzwilly's Restaurant

Under difficult circumstances, the staff remained professional, courteous and friendly. We made a last minute reservation for a party of 10, and 15 people ended up showing up, which was outside what they originally could accommodate considering it was a very busy night for them. The waitress, Sarah France, made a miracle happen and found us another table, which we ultimately didn’t end up using. It was chaotic but she remained friendly and professional throughout, and we were served quickly with all the right orders. overall, it was the perfect place to host a birthday party, the vibe was homey and interesting, the food was delicious and high quality, and the drinks were just right. 10/10, will definitely be coming back.

Great atmosphere and service, and the food was delicious! I tried my first New England Chowder (scallop, not clam) and it was incredible. I usually stick to what I know I like, but I went out on a limb and tried the Pork Vermont, and it was delicious! The super fresh (granny smith?) apples really brought the dish together.

My family had such a great time at Fitzwillys. I have a 4 year old and their children’s menu was the best I have ever seen. There was no side salad on the menu and when I asked about one the waitress said it could be done. It was my husband’s birthday and even though it didn’t seem like they usually sang for a customers table they brought over a brownie sundae with a candle and made both my husband and daughters night. This is exactly how going out to dinner should be - easy, relaxing and fun. Thank you to our waitress Leah

Absolutely awesome! Some of the best food we have had in quite some time! I went with the "Wicked Alfredo" and the wife decided on "Chicken Palermo ", both dishes were to kill for! All the food ordered by other patrons looked fantastic as well! We are already making a date to go back, and we just left lol !

I absolutely *loved* my time here! Yesterday was my first time in Northampton, and a longtime friend brought my mom and I to this restaurant--I know that 110% I will be returning to come here the next time I visit. I loved the ambiance and warmth of the restaurant and from those that worked within it, and the food was amazing. I was lucky to have an absolute sweetheart of a server named Chad, and he was so bubbly and charming. He even memorized our order without writing it down which is very impressive because we even had a gluten allergy and stuff like that to be noted! I can be indecisive on what I want to eat and he guided me to an option that I ended up loving. 10/10 would have him as a server again. He was super attentive and kind, and as a fellow server, he is the type of person I would love to work with. Ah, if only I lived not an hour away, haha. Owners of this restaurant, take good care of him! Don't take someone like him for granted because he is genuinely wonderful. Seriously. Chad > most servers I've worked with
