Dunkin'

I wouldn’t have minded the slow services they got my order right. But after driving away, I realize that $10 worth of iced Drinks or Almost pure White from all the milk. Hey Siri they were disgusting to drink, but once I got on the turnpike it wasn’t worth going back. I complained to Dunkin’ Donuts corporate, who had who I believe was the owner reach out to me. He offered to send me a gift card, to make up for the money I wasted. They never sent the gift cards and stopped returning my messages. I sent Dunkin’ Donuts corporate two emails letting them know that I was promised satisfaction, but then they went ghost on me. I sent Dunkin’ Donuts corporate two emails, and they failed to respond back The franchises don’t care, because Dunkin’ Donuts corporate does not care. After several months past, I just sent them two emails over five days, when they promise a response within 48 hours, and corporate has not responded to either. Dunkin’ Donuts is turning in today very expensive bad habit, with no satisfaction

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes while there were only TWO cars ahead of me! Slowest dunkin I’ve ever experienced. They need more workers or better ones, either way something needs to change. The man in front of me ordered two bagels with cream cheese and had to wait 10 minutes. What could possibly take that long for two bagels?

Went through the drive thru and was trapped for 25 minutes for a donut and sandwich. This poor lone worker was doing his best but it just wasn’t cutting. Saturday at 1pm and the wait was so long that the truck at the window actually left without getting their order. On top of waiting 25+ minutes, my donut was stale!
