Jack In The Box

We ordered food from Uber eats at this Jack in the box. All of the food was wrong and when I called the employee could barely speak English. When I asked to talk to a manager she said the manager wasn’t there. They want us to come to the Jack in the box to fix the order after we already paid for delivery and we’re missing items we paid for. Do yourself a favor and go to somewhere they take pride in their work. The are making $16-$18 per hour and take no responsibility for their mistakes.They ended up telling me to come in and hung up on me.

Needed the restroom before ordering. Both the toilet and urinal were holding pee. There was, literally, puddles urine everywhere. It smelled so vulgar I dry heaved, nearly vomited. I didn't stay to order. The Worst restroom experience ever. Drive thru was busy. So maybe an under staffing issue? Maybe a staff issue ie they don't care? Maybe a management issue? I don't know.

I went today around 11.07 pm to the drive thru and when I'm on the speaker drive thru, the person taking my order spoke with someone else. I said "hello hello" and they never respond to me. when I get to the window, I explained what happen and he said very rudely and with bad attitude "you have to go I can not take you order" and we were waiting in the line drive thru for 25 minutes. very but costumer service. I will never recommended this place.
