Albert's Mexican Food

I use to come here all the time but now I feel racism tords me, probably because im "white" and every time they screw up my meal, not once not twice but 10 different times. I order the same thing every time and make it very clear even repeat it nicely but they just stare at me like I'm stupid. I have my lady go and order instead, then it comes out correct! have no where to really go at 1 in the morning for Mexican food im very sad and disappointed with the new staff because 5 years ago I reviewed this place and it was amazing at 5 stars. Now I give it 1 star for horrible customer service and how they laugh at me and make me feel like they are messing with the order. Also when my girl asked for just cilantro and they gave her month old cilantro probably because I was standing behind her when she asked. I am very sad to write this review especially when me and my lady loved this place😞

I have been going to alberts for 15 years. Most of the time I go late nights and the food most of the time is amazing. There might be an odd occasion where the food might not be up to scratch. The people usually know me and give good customer service. Overall I like the red salsas and thier taquitos and tacos (asada)are my go to and usually hit the spot.

Never again! Over priced they even charge you with out giving you a receipt that breaks down how much they are charging you for each item and when you ask for it all you get is an attitude, they claim to have taco Tuesday but when you order the tacos on Tuesday you still get charged full price for tacos that fall apart as soon as you try and grab one out of the plate on top of the meat being salty, also they claim to charge .50 for debit cards but will charge .75 ? It’s a complete waste of money honestly the last time I came here I ran into worst issues but decided to give it another chance but now I see it’ wasn’t a one time thing and for 43 bucks I can get better food at gavillan or even king taco and that’s saying a lot.
