First time using bakerdays & was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience :) the cake was delicious, moist & packaged perfectly. We also had a batch of the brownies, they were rich & so good! The delivery was spot on & it stopped all the stress of ringing around cake makers who are booked up months in advance. Fantastic little company & will definitely be using again.

I ordered an Engagement cake for friends. It arrived bang on time, perfectly protected and absolutely beautiful. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I had to change the delivery address, which was arranged via email. Everything went smoothly and I was advised of a delivery time window in advance. Great service would happily recommend, very rare to find a company which goes above and beyond as they did. Cake was really nice and as mentioned the service amazing cannot fault. Thank you for filling the additional balloons with helium for me I really appreciate it as this saved me so much time and headache. Thanks

Hi :) First of all, thank you for your responsiveness. We were able to reschedule the delivery time, and we're very grateful. However, based on the cupcake review, the packaging needs improvement. I ordered small cupcakes with the photo above. All the cupcakes were stuck to the packaging, and the photos on them were smeared. I couldn't remove the cupcakes from the packaging intact.

I ordered a birthday cake, gluten-free, beautifully iced with a colourful design of summer flowers and butterflies with a heartfelt greeting, to be delivered the following day. It arrived in a tin! A really thoughtful keepsake, and it ensured the cake was in perfect condition and fresh. I have bought cakes online before and have always experienced some disappointment whether that was too dry, disgustingly eggy, not well decorated . . . Not this time though. My Bakerdays Birthday cake was perfect (I am fussy, so . . .) beautifully decorated, deliciously moist and tasty, and an absolute success. Thank you for one of the best cakes I have ever bought.
