Great spot for a drink - plenty of parking, bike/car events! Staff is super friendly and the food is good, esp the steak bites are addicting!

Great local spot. They have a great craft beer selection with alot of local NJ beers. Food is good, we always get the quesadilla. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite teams play.

Heard about the legend of the Death Seat at the Old Canal Inn featuring the death burger which is only on the menu on Mondays. What a great place full of all kinds of History and Legends. If you are a Burger Fan, the death burger is innovative and above all Great. Shocked that this is not on the top of every burger list. This burger is deep fried in beer batter, jalepeno mashed potatoes, nacho cheese brings this beast of a burger all together. Friendly Staff. We ate next to the death seat, but looks like the other half of this place is newly renovated with indoor and outdoor seating. A must stop for any Burget Fan, only on Mondays though. Great Job Old Canal Inn.

Its a dive, pllain and simple. Some of our food was cold, beer tasted weird, shots tasted watered down. Staff was on top of ther game though. Said they couldn't let us play darts because people kept stealing their darts...

Great beer choices with great food. Really nice but small outdoor seating with umbrellas. Good variety of appetizers to entrees. Good sized renovated dining room with bar. Would definitely recommend.

Just had my husband's 75th birthday party there..Mark and his people were outstsnding...food was great..so mamy compliments..Gina our bartender & server couldnt have been better.(ty Gina).....all in all.. our family had a good time..I was so pleased..Thank you guys..!!!

It's a great dive bar & still has games on one side. Tonight, bingo & Karaoke. Corny fun stuff. On the other is the preserved old man's dive, with the legendary "death chair. " food & drink are cheap. Chicken parm fine. Chili needs more spice, cheese & onions. Kind of flat
