BOY OR BOY do I love fresh soft pretzels ‼️‼️‼️ The Pretzel Factory in Nutley is one of my favorite places to stop for a quick on the go bite ! They always have fun new festive dips too try as well ! ( Although the cheddar cheese && cinnamon sugar dip will always be my favorite ! ) Definitely one of my top recommendations , they even do platters for parties events ect!

Ordered a pretzel tray and when we arrived to pick it up we were told they gave it to someone else. The woman working quickly scrambled to make a tray from the display pretzels which were old and dry. Really not happy with the product but at the they tried?

I could actually talk about the pretzels that they sell here forever. They're so good! My personal favorite is a pretzel with pepperoni and some cheese on it (kinda like a pizza). The staff members are very nice and the pretzels are great. ☆☆☆☆☆

My online order was 3 cinnamon twists, but special instructions were, "just salt plus 3 free ones". Arrived at pick up time and had 3 cinnamon twists and 3 regular pretzels. Older gentleman said my instructions were confusing! Duuuuh! What's your opinion? Anyway, he made no effort to remedy the error. Ended up paying for 3 cinnamon twists, but exchanged for regular pretzels! I'll just take my business to Livingston. Lost two good custumers, whom spent about $30-50 there every week! I would hate to think this had something to do with being a person of color! 🤔😕

Philly Pretzel Factory is a great place to get some high quality pretzals. They have a really nice variety of pretzal based snacks such as Pretzal Dogs, Burgers, etc with dips. They also have a moderate selection of drinks but nothing too special. A big con of Philly Pretzel Factory is the seat, or the lack thereof. You could stand next to the added counter, but it can fit more than three people. Yet their kitchen is huge.
