Mcdonald's

I ordered a regular Oreo McFlurry and I received a super small cup not even filled all the way up for three dollars and 34 cents? This is over priced and under serviced. McDonald’s either needs to reduce the cost or give up more product. As of now I will not be coming back to McDonald’s in the near future.

Garbage all over floor and counter. Didn’t have items I wanted. Managers would not give me their names. After taking pics I was told to leave. I would say even if they are short staffed McDonald’s needs to do better than hiring these two managers who are maybe early20s but nevermind that. Unprofessional and dirty place. Don’t go there. I’m contacting people I know at headquarters about this for sure. Plus before I went in the restaurant if you want to call a dirty place that, I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. I know they don’t make a lot of money but I go to get fast clean service with items I want. Not rudeness and immaturity. I go maybe once a year but it’s always a bad experience. If I can give negative stars I would.

Not enough staff working and they were slow. It took 15 minutes for me to get my food. When I ordered via the kiosk, it said that the soda was unavailable, so I ordered a ñ different drink. Needless to say after about 15 minutes one of the cashiers said to another customer, if she would like any soft drinks. I piped in that the kiosk said that they were unavailable. He looked at me funny and then said, no...they were out of regular sized cups -not the soda. I said it didn't let me purchase any soda at all. He just shrugged. Gee thanks.

They're usually good at their jobs, although drive thru queue lines tend to be a little long sorta takes away from it's fast food capabilities don't ya think?,Well anyhow that's just my input on the matter, aside from that; the management and crew seem to work just fine, and dandy ofc there's discrepancies I'm sure like there is in many other companies but I won't speak on those because I am not a member of the company that's all corporate HR homework. So it's a place to grab a bit to eat altogether tho.

On Saturday morning we were waiting in line to get food and we were waiting about 35 minutes just to order . Then they stop serving breakfast. All the people who already ordered breakfast the workers said that there order was completely gone and they didn't know what they ordered. Some one ordered and waited 45 minutes and only got two of there drinks in their order.
